Why are some bots $300 and some are $15?
The same reason as with everything else: there's a difference in quality.

I'm using Instaget & have a few questions..
1. Is there a limit on likes & follows per day/hour?
2. Should I run more than one instaget bot at the same time to like more photos or will doing this get my account suspended?
3. Is 4-10 seconds between likes the optimum setting?
4. Will targetting likes alone gain me more follows or will I see better results mixing likes with follows?

The quality difference is obvious,
UBOT - $30 {laggy, massive CPU and resources whore, un-trustworthy to leave even for a couple of hours without crashing, threads are dire unless you have a mega CPU/MEM/ uber vps}
.NET c# application - $500 {CPU optimised, run 10 copies on 1 cheap as dirt bermanhosting vps with 10,000 accounts loaded on each instance, leave on autopilot all day and night with configurable timers and captcha support, run 100 threads on each bot, comment, upload, scrape, check, like, follow independently on different accounts on different threads}
I think i know whats worth the money, in my case, the latter. Again you get what you pay for, im sure the uBot does a great job, but i know if i wanted to talk big money, id go for the better and more expensive.
