I mean it does work, but its stops after following 100 people and I have to reset the software again, it works but I have to be checking every hour and there's no time for that

you could try going to the website (instagram.com) and logging in to your account using safari, then trying to long hold on the image and seeing if you can save it.

Or do it from a computer and save the image by right clicking.

It may be that, it follows 100 then it blocks 1 hour, tries to work again and it stops, it didn't happen before
