how do you know the reason of the bans? they won't tell, they just straight up ban your accs

i cannot say for sure that they strictened the liking limit or not, but more than likely your bans are because of user error:
blacklisted ips, too many accs created from the same ip, too many accs with the same url and/or bio or the combination of these
spin everything to death, try to use fresh accs created from virgin ips, use big enough, random delays between actions
leave no chance for them to link your accs together (keep the ones you're using separated as much you can and keep those separated from the already banned ones: e.g. don't use the same urls, bios twice) and you'll be fine
however it can also be that your tool leaves footprints
or in other words, follow "method traditionelle": fuck 'em in the arse
