Is anyone using the the Twitter edition and getting rate limited error messages in the log for Unfollow tasks? I have very conservative settings and not sure why these errors keep appearing.

Does Instagram's new feature for posting multiple photos in one post work with FL's share photo? If yes, how? And if I scrape and save a photo that contains multiple photos, does all of them saved or just the main picture? Thanks

Is there anyone unsatisfied with their support? Cause I am.
They never provide Instant message communication, no matter what the situation is.
They check your ticket only ONCE every day, you got one sentence every day, no matter how urgent it is.
I submit a ticket weeks ago, and nothing is solved by now. basically the communication is like this:
1st day: Send me the log.
2nd day: No, not this LOG. Please go to ... and ....
3rd day: Send me teamviewer details.
4th day: Please keep the teamviewer running...
5th day: Are you using VPS?
6th day: Please send me your VPS IP and password...
................
WTF ???!!!?!
Are you kidding me???
I understand that there is jetlag, I also understand there are many issues waiting for you to solve.
But when it is my turn, would you please communicate with IM and solve it and then move on?
I am also using the Dominator series software, they also keep me waiting a lot,
but every time when my turn is up, they will try to fix the problem at THAT time!
Another problem with their support:
the ticket page is very difficult to open. This morning I have tried dozens of times and from different IPs and laptop and VPS.
I am really unsatisfied with FL support, I will never buy any other of their products again!!!!

Agreed. I would be willing to pay for better FL support. Maybe a small monthly fee or each time there's an issue or something, just because I feel one-time payments don't entitle us to good support forever. (I say this while having 6 different FL unlimited licenses, lol).

Hi,I tried opening a ticket at your website but it doesn't work. The site for support is blank. I tried reaching it from 4 different IP's and PC's and it still doesn't work.
When I try to run FollowLiker I get this error : edition mismatched. please download and reinstall software.

Cant launch software - it been ruined to idk reason
I have tried repair it - got no success
Tried to remove all data including projects and all data in the C:\Users\Admin\AppData\Roaming\Follow Liker folder - also still nothing
Cant contact support, cause it has blank website
