If I buy a single license, can I use multiple accounts just not at once? Meaning I'd have to log out and log in with a different account or is the license tied to the instagram username?

One thing I don't like about MG Ingram is that it runs of "websta.me" and I prefer not to as many times there are "site not found" errors, does FollowLiker scrape users via websta?

Also, can you do the following, "You can also use asterisk symbol * in your keywords. This will allow covering all possible variations of some keywords." - whether it be blacklisting or following a tag?

Can you have one comment IF post includes one hashatg and another comment IF includes another hashtag?

Activity log says for 2 accounts that it is suspended for Instagram. However manually can't see any ban on the account, does this ban on the proxy then or just temporary have to lay back on FL? How long does this usually take to be able to use Followliker again?

It's either a proxy issue or wrong username. Please clear the session cookies and if the issue persist please open a ticket with screenshot.

You can run 4 to 5 account without using proxies. If you decide to use proxies, please check the marketplace for quality proxy providers.

In what way software scrape users ?

Im using custom setting for every of my accounts - it means that every of my account have unique source for scraping users.
I always setup to scrape users only from one source, for example https://www.instagram.com/jenselter/ - (there are 9kk followers) To follow all these followers will take a lot of years. But in a week or two activity log says that "userA" in a black list - how can be that ?

This issue happens to a lot of my accounts which been running only at FL and had 0 followers/following at the start

I have scraped all followers of user - exported and saved as full_base.txt
Scraped all followers and following of my account - exported and saved as followers.txt and following.txt
Exported black list of my account - saved as blacklist.txt

Than i removed followers.txt, following.txt and blacklist.txt from full_base.txt and got clean base of users which never been followed by my account (i guess you understand what i did)

After that i have imported clean base of users to scrape box and run software, but activity log says to me next: users in the black list or user has previously been followed

What i do wrong ?

I'm using the global wizard settings for all the projects.

there is something seriously wrong with FL instagram edition....... the issue is whenver a project is kept open for long periods of times it just slows down drastically meaning it follows and does ANY action 10x slower than normal...the only way for me to make it back to normal speed is if i were to close and reopen FL this is just a really hectic issue when ure running mass accounts... could you please find a fix to this?

Hi, I'd like a refund because the main reason I bought it because I wanted to share photos with custom captions. Now every time the caption is empty but the photo upload is fine. And no it's not a problem of filtering of certain words. I tried setting caption to simply one or two words like "hello" "world" . but still the caption on uploaded image returns empty.

I tried looking around the forum but cannot find any resolution.

Hope it's not a global project as other account are also using the blacklist. You need to stop the software and delete all usernames saved under the scraped users list and please ensure you actually scraped all followers of the user.

Depends on the delay you set. You can control the delay between each DM.

That should not happen. Please open a ticket and provide the number of account you are running or use the "Snap Settings" option to provide the screenshots and they will look through and advise.

You have more photos in the photo folder than the number of captions you added, please remove the other photos you will not be posting from the folder. Please open a ticket or send me a PM with your teamviewer access details and support will set it up for you if you still need assistance.
