It is possible to do the following in Follow-Liker:

- Like posts that have a minimum amount of comments
- Exclude follows/likes from accounts that have no profile or less than 10 posts
- Only like posts that more two hashtags included in the post
- Like only posts with text other than hashtags

You can't like photos based on amount of comment or photos with more that two hashtags at the time. But you can set the software to scrape only users that have profile picture and only follow users that post photos within some days, you can also blacklist hashtags.

If I buy the 5 Accounts license, will I be able to switch out accounts I do not use anymore or can I just register 5 accounts and once they are set up I cannot delete them and use another one instead?

You can delete or replace account with another one.

Does this have the ability to queue images/assign image post on specific accounts?

Ideally if I have 200 pics, and 200 picture sets to accompany each/individual profile. I wouldn't want them posting random pictures to each account.

Massplanner does this, but the program in general runs horrible.

Yes you can post photos on specific account, you can use global project to share or post unique photos to multiple account. I also sent you a PM.

One thing I don't like about MG Ingram is that it runs of "websta.me" and I prefer not to as many times there are "site not found" errors, does FollowLiker scrape users via websta?

Activity log says for 2 accounts that it is suspended for Instagram. However manually can't see any ban on the account, does this ban on the proxy then or just temporary have to lay back on FL? How long does this usually take to be able to use Followliker again?
