Yes you can do all that but not gender wise with the Twitter Edition.

Yes you can put multiple hashtags, maximum is 30 hashtags per post.

i am having a same proble,. when i upload a tweet, it can't even pick the punctuation marks. The owner of the software is not willing to fix it and it is very important.

It's not FollowLiker. It's the way your software is exporting the CSV. Use Google Sheets. When I used Numbers for Mac it was doing the same thing. It has to do with the encoding.

It's the file encoding, please use a different editor or change the encoding to UTF-8. If you will need further assistance, please open a ticket.
You can use the FLC option to like photos of scraped users.
