In the following module, I need clarification on how the 'follower to following ratio' works exactly. I think I understand but I'll give an example to be sure. If I have an account with 1000 followers and I set the follower to following ratio to 0.80 the software will stop following new accounts once I am following 800 in total, is this correct?

The other question is what is the correct csv format to import account emails?

I got Unknown Error when I try to start any project. I've been running it fine for months, haven't changed anything and today all of a sudden I got this error. First of all it started showing errors when connecting to accounts, wouldn't scrape etc. After stopping the projects and starting them again I get unknown error. How do I solve this? Tried restarting VPS, tried disabling firewall - nothing helped.

1000 (followers) to 800 (following) will be 1000 / 800 = 1.25

Please restart computer, download the latest version if you are not using version 9.2.9 and try it again. If the issue persist please open/update the ticket.

Please stop the software and right-click on the account and select "Resume".

Can you add an option to auto follow and unfollow
so i can set the accounts to start the unfollow when it reach the 7k and start the follow when it reach the 100 followed user

Yes, it was vps issue. Noticed it after i checked my other fl licenses were running without problems. Already solved.
