Hi, my accounts aren't following the limit I put. I put follow 400-500 but the accounts only follow max 200..
they are comedy related so Im following user's followers from popular pages that have millions of followers (total 16 large accounts list added)
I don't know what's wrong

Becaue those accounts have login problem
they have wrong password or proxy don't work or password reset
so they get paused better then try to login again and again and it may cause a ban
so check those accounts manually to see the problem
I have the same problem. Statistic on accs just stopped on some day right?
If you run FL on a proxy that is on the Instagram Banned List, does that account get instant banned? If an account gets banned, is there a way getting back from that?
I'm asking because I read there is always a chance, even if it is a freshed unused proxies. I'm thinking about running a test account for few days first on new proxy before using a real/aged account that I can't risk to lose. Would that be the best approach or does running that test account over a few proxies to test also trigger something?

Perhaps you checked on 'scrape only top results'? Would suggest to put the scrape user limit higher.
Check the activity log and look for 'NOTICE', perhaps you are trying to follow people from your blacklist.

I got the same error again and again, today I just uninstall and reinstall on the same computer but FollowLiker shows: " This license cannot be reset because it was reset less than 7 days ago. Please try again later."
I clicked on Help-Check Update, the bot did not update to the new version that's why everytime I want to update I have to remove the old version and reinstall.
I had bought so many license from you, I don't have to transfer license between this machine to another machine...so please reduce this security check.

- If many of the usernames are already in the blacklist, it may not reach the limit.

I can't say for sure. Get private proxies, as long as your settings are not aggressive, you will not get banned.
If you prefer to run a test account, you can do that.
When the software is unable to login to an account, the software will pause the account. Correct the password or if it's a phone/sms verification request, verify then right-click and select "Resume...", it may take sometime before the account is resumed. If you need assistance please open a ticket, provide if it's a login or phone verification issue.
The software will run on win 8.1. Please open a ticket if you need further assistance.

Just take a look. On my vps today is 3/19/2016 6.20 AM. On this project (and another one) accounts stopped at 3/18/19/2016. And didint reach limits also on this day.
I restart projects, clear all session cookies, clear blacklists and following lists. But still the same problem. If i restart this project now maybe day 19 will appear but still accs only will follow 30-40 and after that on day 20 will be the same problem.
I have this problem on 3 of my projects. I log on into some accs from this projects and everything is ok. I can normally follow and unfollow.
Where is the problem?

I ordered it last month and got the product instantly. I went forward to buy another one around 6-8 days ago and i haven't recieved the product yet! It keeps saying pending i have emailed avangate X number of times and got ZERO Reply from them. There's a thread about fixing IG ghost banned accounts! Temporary disabling your IG account in account settings for 2+ days fixes it. Maybe you could implement this feature into your bot!

we've been getting the error in the attached image for the past few weeks. we've tried everything.. check proxies, restarted computer, restarted program, re-installed program, updated to latest version, deleted and re uploaded accounts... like everything. support doesn't seems to have a single clue as to what is going on. RAM is not the issue... I bought this computer last week ago, I specifically asked for the fastest and largest computer they have, paid a bunch of money. haven't downloaded any other program other than this one, and anti virus. whats weird is... accounts that I use without proxies are working perfectly. but this is very limiting... we can't run more than 2-3 accounts with no proxies.
Does anyone know of any other Instagram bots that are like.. 100% reliable? We would use instagress, but I've heard of people getting their account deleted that way... and i'd prefer a program that is 100% customizable with whitelist, blacklist, etc
