Hi I'm currently having a problem with captions. On my new accounts captions are not uploaded with a picture. Uploading pics works but there are no captions. Can you help? I'm using proxy's with them but still. That cannot be the problem. Thanks!

I keep getting this "Server Identifier Error". It says I may need to restart the software. It's running on a VPS. The internet on my VPS works. I've left it running for 2 days straight. When I go to change settings up today that's when I get the error. My projects are showing old information (wrong followers/following) instead of updated info. Any idea on what I can do to resolve this?

I am also having this problem ever since updating to 9.1.5.

My accounts are posting same 3 photos up to 14 times a day within few seconds. I had to pause my FL projects. Please help!

When you have multiple photos in a folder but you add one/few caption, the photos that are not assigned a caption will be posted without one.

Please remove photos that you are not going to assign caption to from the folder. Please create a ticket if you still need assistance and include screenshot of share photo settings.

Please close the software and re-launch. That should resolve the issue, if the issue persist, please close software and then restart VPS. Please let me know if you still need assistance.

Please understand that you set 200 - 300 and it means you are instructing the software to follow between 200 and 300 which means it's reasonable when it follows 230 or 270, because they both fall within 200 - 300. I hope you understand.

Photo - This is the picture that will be used as avatar. This item is optional. If you set it to a directory/folder, one picture will be selected randomly from the directory.
but on profile updater we can't set a directory there an option "Set photo" so we can just select a picture and not folder
please update that

We currently have discount code for (Twitter + Instagram) and (Pinterst + Tumblr) Editions or any combo of two unlimited account Editions. Please check the marketplace for proxy providers.

You can actually use directory, you can edit the path or copy the directory path and paste into the "Set Photo" box.
