Hello Weblues,

it's been over a week since I've bought your software and it hasn't worked as exclaimed. You told me to send in a ticket about my FLC issues and all I get are short, undetailed responses with barely any instructions that do not work. Any 'advice' or instructions they send me seems to be someone trying to tell me to change my settings in some trial and error way. No explanation nothing. A lot of the suggestions have nothing to do with the actual issue I am showing and explaining (accounts i follow with FLC don't like, they just follow, or like other accounts). I sent in logs, screen shots, the people responding seem to ignore and explain nothing and don't address the issue. Now they are telling me not to use FLC--so how am i suppose to mimic 'like like like follow' behavior that followliker supposedly support. Ticket #SAJ-8X7-1BQ8. Please get someone to actually help me resolve this issue. Give me a support number (I've asked this several times and instead of answering they ignore my question).

Your technical support likes to skim questions and not even look or respond at issues. They keep saying 'FLC' in scrape photo will pop automatically or when you click little arrow which is not the case. You can't move on from there in the wizard without putting in a query there. I keep asking them about additional queries added in scrape photo query page in wizard, after trying (after repeatedly trying their suggestions that don't work) and no one gives me an explanation--not even if it's supposed to do that and a short why. Your posts here keep claiming this software is great but it hasn't been. Please help me as I paid a premium price for this and you yourself exclaimed many times it works but no one is willing to help me make it work. Stop giving me new instructions that aren't tested or that doesn't actually help address my issue or that are too vague to use and please explain why i should do it that way than just giving me an instruction because I've retried whatever they've suggested numerous times with no hopeful result.

Hi Weblues, Please help with ticket #SAJ-8X7-1BQ8. They keep giving me answers that don't actually apply to the issues I'm having at hand. I need them to help me diagnose instead of just trying to throw me answers hoping the issue will go away.

Last after they finally asked me for my 'scraped users/photos' and it was apparent photos were not being scraped properly in FLC. But instead of helping me diagnose or further looking into the issue, they simply say it 'must be issue with my account or ip'. So now, to prove them wrong, I tried to just like photos, no follow, no flc--and it does scrape users fine, so it's not my account or ip. (it would have been helpful, if instead of simply saying it's my account or ip, they suggested I try to just like photos, to prove that my account/ip is capable of scraping photos).

I need someone that will actually try to help me solve, help me diagnose, than just throw me answers. Blaming it on me or my account or my ip without any explanation of the logic behind that--other than 'it works for everyone else' isn't helpful. Is there a support line that could reach out that could help me resolve this? Could you please look at the ticket personally?

Yes. Edit the exported file and remove the other columns except the username column and then import into the whitelist.

Folloliker are not randomizing at all.

Sometimes Followliker publishes two or even three times the same tweet (respecting the delay). It not happens everytime but it's not a casualty because it happens too often and it just happens with tweets which have an image attached.

Use the "Post once" is not a solution for me because I have too many accounts to waste my time updating this manually. I contacted with the support but they dont offer any solution for me and it's obvious that there is a problem. And it's not me who says that there is a problem it's maths. The possibility that Followliker chooses the same tweet two or even three times consecutively are ridiculous because my list contains 1258 different tweets.

The possibilities that Followliker chooses two times the same tweet are 1/1582564 [(1/1258)x(1/1258)] or what is the same 0.00006% and this happens every single day, so please fix it.

Anyone else having this problem?

Lately experienced a lot of error with FL, now my entire database is wiped out due to the "repair" "repair" "repair" and then all the data gone lost, I backup but that's on 12th which is the old file I want to have 14th because the proxies was assigned it here.

I spent like 7 hours straight to repair this rubbish, and I got some account appear, I click the export, it empty, no data on the exported file.

Awhile later, the list on FL all gone blank and I did not clicked anything. Frustrated
5 Minute waiting for closing the software, 15 minute for the "repair" repeat and rinse and you need to click the "Okay" after they repair it then boom, empty and 7 hour are gone.

I gone mad! I fix this for over 8 hours, I give up...

We know FL is fully capable of detecting temp bans when unfollowing and consequently ceasing action whenever it hits that, however, while the software also detects when a like wasn't possible and instagram returned an error (FL shows in activity log as "unable to like photo ID: XXXXX"), the software KEEPS trying to like photos endlessly as if this error had never appeared, and even though the liking did not happen, the number of likes in the statistics for the account in FL also grows up.

Just a fix suggestion for upcoming versions

I still need help with FLC.

Your support staff refused to answer my question halfway helping. And is suggesting I request refund instead. I'm not trying to break apart your software. I'm trying to get it to work in the way its supposed to, as claimed, as needed.

FLC (as explained in your tutorial):"If you want to follow users and at the same time like and/or comment on each user's photos"
==> this is exactly what I want. I know it can't follow users and like their photos at the EXACT same time. But it should overall no? --like at the end of the run (when the limits are reached), most of the followers I've followed--I should have liked their photos right? Provided my settings don't limit this (ex. likes limit >> follows limit).

It was helpful they shared how FLC works (which I'll share here for others):
1. Scrape user retries a set of users, adds them to the scraped users list and also adds them to the scraped photos list (to like their photos)
2. Follow task starts from the beginning and follows 4 -9 of those scraped usernames
3. Like task likes 3 photos of the first scraped user
4. Follow task starts again, follows 4 -9 users
5. Like task liked 3 task of the SECOND username
6. Follow again 4 -9
7. like 3 photos of third user
and so on

--so with this, how can we "follow users and at the same time like and/or comment on each user's photos"?
I hate that I'm following all these accounts, and when I look at the accounts, I have not liked any of their photos. And sometimes my likes are going to users I haven't followed.
(should '3.' like photos of followed users instead of just 'scraped users'?)
I don't see what the above helps doing if it doesn't really follow and like the SAME users~ I might as well just follow and like separately.

Please advise.

Hi,
In FLC, it also seems it can like x (scrape photo count) photos of ONLY ONE user at a time. So even if my like settings allowed 20 likes for a like task (with scrape photo count 3), it will only like 3 photos of one user before moving to follow task.

My logs look like this (with settings 'follow limit: 2-3' 'delay follow: 30-35 secs' 'like limit: 6-9' 'delay like: 5-10 sec':

follow task (2-3 follows)
like task (1 user-3 photos)
follow task (2-3 follows)
like task (1 user- 3 photos)
...

Like task is always only 1 user even though my like limit is higher.
If this is always the case, then my follows will always be faster than my likes, or I have to slow down the follow limit to 1.

And it looks like a lot of others have exclaimed the follows are a lot faster than the likes in FLC.

Hi, I have a question about the twitter version.

When I setup an account to follow and unfollow at the same task, if the account reaches the follow ratio limit, Twitter start to alert about that, then FL stop the task. OK with it, a cool feature, but is there any way that FL only stop the "follow" task and no the follow & unfollow?

My settings are simple. Follow 50 users, Unfollow 25 from 3 days and Tweet 2 times.
The "randomize tasks" option is enable so FL starts with any of this 3 tasks.

Tweets always appear, no matter if the account reached the limits. Its OK.
Follows stops when account reached the limits... its OK
Unfollows stops when the account reached the follow limit. Not OK.

Its not a problem with a temp.block of the account because since I selected "Randomize Tasks" if FL starts first to unfollow, it works fine, but if starts following and the limit is reached then the whole follow/unfollow task is suspended.

Any way to disable that? Maybe a bug?

@axall - The steps given to you during team viewer session is the way your own setup works NOT the way all FLC configuration works, that's only applicable to your own settings, every other user has their own settings and their FLC will work in a different way. If you want you can set your own follow limit to 1.

For some reason when using global settings, It wont do 2 tasks. Like if I have tweet and favorite, or tweet and reply. It only does 1 of the 2 settings for some reason. Do you know how to fix this?

If I get you right, you don't want the software to post the same tweet and you also don't want to check the "Post a tweet once" box, why such a request or maybe I don't get you. Your ticket has been replied, you can reply to the ticket.

Probability and randomness go hand in hand. Please do this to understand what random means.

Go to https://www.random.org/, select MIN 1 and MAX 1258. Now start generating numbers until you get two times consecutively the same number. Followliker can make it even three times consecutively but I dont want to abuse.

So please check this bug because it just happens with tweets which have an image attached.

Photo that trigger such message will not count under the likes stat I can assure you that. Many of the "unable to like photo" you see in the log are actually because the photos has been deleted not actually due to a temp block. But thank you for the suggestion.

Nope. Although I will check that again, Unfollow should not stop except the ratio you set has been reached.

Sorry but why spend so much time, the user guide states steps to copy and paste back the backup folder. I'll advise you restore the backup, please open a support ticket if you need a hand.
