i see the message "you have previously favorited tweet id: xxxx" really often. Did i screw up and favorite from more than 1 project? or is the bot attempting to favorite the same tweets bc there arent enough available? how do i fix it?

im now getting a rate limit error on several accounts...possibly from all the failed favorite attemps? anyone know anything about the rate limit? is it a day limit or hourly? the info im finding is all over the place...

If I install FollowLiker on a virtual machine (VMWare) can I just move the virtual machine to another PC and FollowLiker will still work or will this require a system switch by the support?

If you have read it, you would have seen where i stated that FL indeed post
the tweet with an image. For the second time i am saying there is an image in the first
tweet but you can only see it when you click "view Summary" which is abnormal.

The second tweet was posted manually just to prove that nothing is wrong with
my twitter account.

Dude you know nothing about twitter. Summary & media (ie photo/video) are not the same. If it says "view summary" that means there's no image embedded in the tweet, there's a summary drawn from the link. If an image is indeed uploaded & embedded in the tweet, it says view photo.

says that Followliker could post article with image using RSS feed url
so far the RSS feed have image tag: "( Please note that the RSS Feed must have
Image tags if you want to add images to the tweets. Example:?

Although the Rss feed url i tweeted above is not my website, but i can confirm that
the site RSS feed has image tag because when i visited the RSS feed on browser it
displays articles with images.

So i concluded something must be wrong with that feature of Followliker.

You said it did post your tweet with an image. I showed you that no, it did not post with an image.

Your issue is NOT that it tweets an image that isn't shown. Your issue is that it doesn't tweet the image at all.

Please on the future updates please notify here what is the new update for, like what bug where fixed and what new options where added/removed.

I think this is something you (as the FL team) need to do, as I and the rest of us want to know what is the new update for.

Like I said in previous replies, if we see a need to provide a changelog without causing problem we will do that right on this thread.

Hey Weblues, i think there is a bug in FL when you post using RSS feed.

FL surely tweet with Title, URL and Image, but the image won't show in
twitter except when you click view summary.

See below: FL tweeted the first one, i manually posted the second one.

What is happening here is this:

1. The software did not post the image you saw in the first tweet.
2. The image you saw in the tweet was actually retrieved by twitter from the goo.gl link in real-time when clicked "View Summary"

I think those tweets were favorited with another software or through another channel and on checking Follow Liker detects that the tweet has already been favorited. The best way to resolve this is to either clear out the "Scraped Photos" list and change tweet search queries or alternatively wait for the software to navigate away from those tweets.

i post very little...like 5-10 retweets and 1-5 tweets per day...i killed the option to favorite tweets and waited a half hour before starting project again...never saw the error message again...ive never favorited with any other software...will the bot not favorite a tweet that another account in the same project has already favorited? maybe thats whats happening as they all pull from the same queries...

If I uncheck scrape only top results, will i be favoriting and retweeting posts from like a year ago instantly? or does the bot crawl its way backwards chronologically somehow?


im only favoriting between 1-80 per day per account per day...1-15 per round

Your settings are good. If you uncheck the scrape only top result the software will start from the recent and makes it's way backward gradually.

Check the user guide for the backup folder path and add that path to the dropbox software.
