Here is your reply to my first email about passwords changing..."That is the auto unlocking feature that was added to the software in version 8.1.7 to save time and help so that users don't have to keep going to their email address to change password.
In the next update that will be released in soon the feature is disabled by default and you will have to enable it from the general settings."
.
I got this from your support team ""Your program changed the passwords" - That is false. It doesn't do that."
I explained that auto locking changed the passwords or played a hand in it and got this "You are the one who doesn't understand how the software works.
If we tell you that it doesn't change passwords, you have to accept that, because we are the ones who created it.
"Account Auto Unlocking" feature is for unlocking accounts, and not for resetting passwords. It uses the same password that you added to the software to unlock accounts.
.
This problem started when 8-4-2 wouldn't load and you advised me to load 8-4-6.
.
The only other explination for the passwords changing to such passwords as [TABLE="width: 92"]

is, I must have got up in the night, changed over 100 passwords which twitter recognised and your software ran, and I forgot I did so!
When I say your program changed the passwords, I mean your software was involved in changing passwords which I did not have a hand in doing.
Also, if those passwords worked last time i tried them, why is it they don't now, but work with the passwords i set accounts up with?
I need the answers as I don't want to lose another years worth of work if your software has bugs that you don't understand or are ignoring.
