Can the software find a list of users based on their following/followers ratio with for example 2000 following and 500 followers and follow the 500 followers of this user?

Not at the moment what you can currently do is give the software specific usernames and it will retrieve followers of those user and follow them.

Please check your VPS settings and when you close Remotedesktop set it to not shutdown VPS.
