Do not buy the software. It cannot handle the bugs own by own. You have to manually update the setting every four hours, if you want to software work.

For instance, my instagram stops unfollowing people after 3rd day, and when I asked for help from support team. They asked me to update settings. I did, and still didnt work. Then I have to do couple more changes to made it work again, but it took me a week! If I have to update manually every four hours, then it is not an automation...

I was informed that starting 1st June 2016 there will be changes in instagram platform. Some said that we will no longer be able to see other's list of followers.

Is it true?
Will this give big impact on FL software?

I don't understand you and you don't need to update anything. When you set unfollow to 3 days, you are telling the software to only unfollow users every 3 days. If you want the software to unfollow sooner, you can set it to 1 day.

To find all your local images, and put a caption to them, and then import.

Someone have the same slow growth problem?

I use the same accounts I used in the past for scraping followers and the growing are normal, at this date easy + 1k followers.

If I understand you, you want to post 60+ photos with the same caption which contains 10 tags. You can put all the 60+ photos in a folder, set the Share photo folder to point to that, add a single caption to the list and don't assign a photo to the caption. The software will post each photo with that same caption.

Just maybe the fresh accounts are targeted at a different niche that isn't related to the account you are scraping followers.
