Having issues logging in with instagram:

Last response code: 400 -> The username you entered doesn't appear to belong to an account. Please check your username and try again. was received from instagram

I made sure the IP and username and password is accurate. Rebuild the project, cleared session cookies. Didn't help

If you click the "Check Update" and the update isn't downloading, it means the update has not propagated to your end, we advise that you download directly through the download link included in the license email.

Hello I open a ticket but seems no reply yet.I first request for a split of license since they combine two software into one automatically.The staff the license into two email.I uninstall and installed to 2 PC.I ran on PC 1, then PC 2 ask for license reset.When I reset the license for PC 2, it ask for license reset on PC 1.Finally I reset the license on PC 1Both license cannot be used!Please fix this problem ASAP. I have updated to 9.2.1 and cleared all cookies for each project and am still getting the same 403 "could not authenticate you" error. I have checked the accounts that are getting it and they are fine in browser doing any tasks and do not have any ownership checks or any sort of locks.

Could you please look into this, because staff keeps on answering with the same response to clear cookies.
