I opend a ticket and they just can't help to my issue,so maybe someone from here will help me...
I get this error any time that the bot trying to retive user data..
"Unable to retrieve data for user"
Two accounts used with my IP ONLY 2 Accounts
Also to resolve it I tried to:
-clear project,cookies,scraped users,queries
-Reinstall the program
-Reset my router
-Reset my Computer
-make the following delay a bit bigger...
-Updating the followliker
Still nothing helped....If someone knows how to resolve this issue please quote me!

It's the computer IP. If you have a proxy, add it to the account and you will notice that the message will not show up again. Your ticket has been updated, please reply to the ticket.

A coincidence that only happens in 9.0.3. You should take criticism more seriously.

Please read the post I made some few minute ago. I want you to know that I have also been testing this out with different account and the issue of request email verification shows up on certain IP addresses. The software already has the option to type in the email address when it encounters that popup. The other one that shows phone number will trigger the software to set the status to PHONE.

A lot happens even after releasing update, a lot of changes are made by the social networks daily.

We will continue to give our best. Thank you for your understanding.

I believe there has been confusion coming out of FL support, answers on this thread, etc.. related to "us" (users of FL software) doing something wrong, blaming our proxies, follow/unfollow speeds, etc, etc.

Can you clarify what FL "fixed" in this new update 9.0.4? In particular with Twitter?

I think it's temporary. The settings you had was very aggressive, too much request was getting sent to instagram. I can see that you have updated the ticket, they will attend to you shortly.

I'll not be able to go into details but it has something to do with the way twitter request verification when account is accessed on some proxies, the software will now type in the phone number, phone number can now be added and also the changes they made to direct messaging, tweeting and tweet favoriting/liking.

seriously..follow delay with your settings are 20-25, mine are 45-50 this is much higher...how can it be agressive too much for instagram...

Yes. You set 999999 to the follow and daily follow limit, that is too aggressive. check your ticket. If you have further question please add them to the ticket.

i had a question. i am trying to repin to a board and when i do i get sometimes a error message in the activity blog that is "last response code: 400" and then "unable to create board name" even tho its already created. the wierd thing is it works sometimes or most times but then i get this message regularly also. why is that?

Provide the same details that's in the account not something different. Please read the updated user guide, it contains details on how to use the feature. Please open a ticket if you need further assistance.

The message code is from Pinterest, it may be the proxy or the board name. Please open a ticket and include the full activity log, whe they see the full log they will be able to give more details.

I just have finished testing twitter software version 9.0.5. I have added a phone number to one of my accounts which is getting a login error due to phone verification, and have checked activity log. First is showed a "login is successful" notification, but after a second, I still got the same error. Then I have tested it manually and I already know where is the problem. When you type a phone number, it logs in, but then, after a second a new verification crap pops-up https://gyazo.com/48956c54b8ac01f0112642d2de00c121

The software should somehow click that "Yes, that is my number" button. I hope You guys will release a new update soon. Even my old projects which were running without any problems for months, now getting errors due to this new phone verification crap. We have to find a way to bypass it, or we wont be able to run our accounts real soon.

When bulk editing accounts through the software, how can I edit it through a proxy? Each account has a proxy assigned. Don't want to edit 200 accounts through the web interface ...
