Hey guys I have been using your software for over a year and love it. I'm having a problem though when I mass unfollow on Twitter none of my settings have changed and it's cappping at around 1000 unfollows for every account. Then when I try to start the program again to mass unfollow again it says the account info is wrong even though it is not. It shows as error under account health status. I have noticed that if I restart the computer sometimes it fixes the problem and runs again for another 1000 unfollows. I run 3 twitter accounts at the moment separately. Do I perhaps need proxies?

Also I get the same issue in instagram but with follows it will run fine then take a few days for it to run properly again.

I'm assuming I need proxies but not sure some info would be greatly appreciated.

Hi All, I have bought the unlimited edition for Instagram, would be great if anyone can share the best settings for getting the most of the software without getting banned. I have been using it for a few days now and at the moment I am only getting 80 followers per day per account. Using the default settings as recommended by the support (I asked them via email). I think its a great software but I am still trying to figure out how to use it into full potential. Very limited tutorials out there.

Hi, I'm running more than a dozen instances of several different projects. Some are global, some are custom. I'm having a lot of trouble lately, especially with, but not exclusive to, the larger global projects and I can't figure out why.

The trouble I'm having is that when I change tasks in the global wizard, or add one or eliminate one, even after I stop and restart, it doesn't act on my changes, though it saves them. I've read everything in the manual on the matter and I've tried everything short of building new projects.
Though there are 30 accounts in each of the larger projects, they aren't very big, or very old. There isn't that much data built up for them. Also, they're both acting up in a similar fashion, even though one has been running longer than the other. So I'm wondering if there might be something else at play here before I start rebuilding everything.

It's difficult to get them to follow, no matter how I adjust the settings. They spend most of their time between "success receiving data of user:", and "Account statistics updated successfully".... with no action in the middle.

Sometimes it kicks back in, but less and less, and there's never any reason that's obvious to me for it either working or not working.

There are no errors, the proxies are working, the accounts can log in through browsers.

My VPS is a 4 core with 4 gigs of RAM with 2.4 TB of bandwidth. Can you tell me how many instances/accounts I should be able to successfully run on that?

I'd really appreciate any advice you can offer me towards getting the most out of your awesome software.

UPDATE: I've started building new projects, and they're working for now. I'd still appreciate any advice you can offer on how much I can get out of your software on my VPS. And how many accounts I can run optimally in each project.

Please open a ticket and provide the screenshot and activity log and they will check and provide solution.

In that case you need to close the software before you backup. Please check the FAQ for the folders you need to backup.

I think this is a settings issue. It will be great if you can open a ticket and include the activity log and your settings. You can also PM me the settings, if you have created a ticket you can PM the ticket ID. You can also include the team viewer details in the ticket, they can join in and fully check for you.

I'm having a new spontaneous problem with Pinterest. It won't log in, reporting that either the email, username or password is incorrect. Nothing has changed, it worked one day, and then just stopped. I've doublechecked Pinterest through the browser and everything is working. My only thought is maybe I now need a 2 name username, right now I have a 1 name username, and the second field (in Pinterest) is blank. Could this be the problem?

Did you attach proxies to the account? It might be the proxies. Can you send me a PM with the values you typed into the username and email box?

I'm having issues with the retweet function. Whenever I try to get all 70 of my accounts to retweet something, only about 12 succeed but it disappears from the Scraped Tweets queue like it worked on all of them. I'm using the "replace on other accounts" feature
