There is no option to scrape videos and gifs at this time.
HI Weblues, sorry to clarify.. 'upgrade' my computer as in replace it.. right now i'm on a windows. I hope to get a mac next year. Your support staff will help me transfer or exchange to the mac install next year?

-can you do 'FLC' and leave 'ignore private users' unchecked?
-I'd like to follow private users but is there something unsafe about it (buggy, following private users does not function or is not safe under certain conditions)?
-If I unfollow users manually, will followliker still have remembered who they have followed so they won't follow them again? I would like to unfollow manually if possible.
-To use hashtags, do you have to note '#' infront. Without '#' it's a keyword? -- just want to confirm.

- Are the locations inclusive/smart ? (like a user might specify the Space Needle in Seattle, if I query for seattle, will it include all the places within Seattle)?

- It's likely that private users will not accept your follow request.

- The software keeps a list of users it has followed. You will need to add users you unfollow manually to the blacklist if you don't want the software to follow them again.

Im having problems to install in my windows pc (i have already in my mac running ok). It saying that "You must be logged in as an administrator when installing this program." But im logged as admin, and clicling the "Run as Admin"button when installing. can some one help me ??
It's likely you are not logged in as admin on that system. Please restart computer and logon as an admin (With an admin username).
Lets say I add 200 accounts to the Twitter or Instagram followliker and set them all to have the same settings like comment. Will this software know not to comment on the same pic/user more than 1 time per all the accounts?
If you use the global settings, yes they will not.
Hello I wanted to ask a question, I used this bot for awhile and it's not function properly, as you see the following rate has never match the option rate, I never realize until I check it manually, it happen to all of my account for those who have proxies and don't have, for aged account like 2 years, they all the same.
You see I have set all account to follow 400 to 850(I have another one running on global option), they did not follow at least 400 follower, they just follow 50. The picture below is an aged account I managed manually on this bot.
Not just that, for the global option's account, I've set the following rate to 300-800.
Okay they follow like 200~ on the first day, and maybe 200~ on the 2nd and 3rd day.
But after that they do follow 0 onward until weeks later, they started to follow like 10 to 50.
I have like 800 account running, I didn't realize that until I check the "Statistic".
Otherwise I will be blinded fold forever. Can you take a look?

Another account that don't use proxy, VPS with 1GBP speed, also an aged account.
There is one simple reason. It's the search query and the possibility that those users have not tweeted in 2 days, please open a support ticket and include a screenshot of the scrape user queries you are using and they will provide recommendation.
How do I scrape users who liked photos posted by one specific user? It's definitely not putting the @username in the Scrape Photos section under "Users who liked", because software will look for hashtag the username.
Let's say I want to scrape users who liked photos posted by "@fitness", If I put in Scrape Photos, Users Who Liked, it will scrape users who liked photos in the #fitness hashtag. Is there NO WAY of doing this? I believe it's possible!
EDIT: I think I've found a way... I scrape photos posted by an user, then I export this list, and import in the scrape user, and so I make the software scrape users who liked the photos... Is there any other, faster, and perhaps, more automated way?
That's the present way at the moment. We will look into alternative ways.
