Hi Weblues,

Automation Interval time - I have also checked this in logs. Even though I have set it to 30-35 seconds, FL is liking picture anywhere between 10-15 seconds for some accounts and for other accounts, it is like every 40-50 seconds as an example.

Especially with projects with 8-10 accounts, this problem gets worse. All of accounts should honor the Automation Interval time, shouldn't they? But no, each account follow different Automation Interval time, I don't know why this is.

Please look into this matter more, thank you Weblues!

Hi, It's not how I 'feel'. I have genuine interest in your product but also have serious concerns and am asking you a very fair technical question. Your responses have been more vague and dismissive, like the one above. (Also, it would help if you explain things--like why you can't offer trials or refunds or why that might be unnecessary and put buyer at ease, rather than a short 'no'.)

Can you please answer the concerns I have and try to actually resolve it from the user/buyer perspective, rather than throw me some answer to consider it done? I am asking you specifically what the requirements are other than 'windows ...'--how much minimum ram is needed to run one account? You have tested and ran this many times, you can easily give me an idea of its minimal functioning usage. I'm not asking this to be bothersome. Please understand from my side, you provide absolutely no refund, no guarantee, no trial. So for me, it's a risk because if it doesn't work out i'm out some cash and time for no good reason. I've heard this is an intensive application--for an intensive application, software apps do share it's minimal requirements. Google 'photoshop requirements' and you will get a lot more than 'windows xxx version'.

Your second response was 'better' saying it will work on a computer with 'low RAM capacity'--but again that's vague. What is low--1G-2 Gig? Or if you are so certain it "will work on any computer" like you said, then why not just give a 3 day refund if it doesn't do what you claim?

I like that you have some good reviews. But as with all reviews, you can't be gullible to believe everything, and it's biased. I also see many issues listed by users on these threads. And because there's no trial or refund with this, the only way to understand a product before purchase is to research on it and ask about it. Please tell me where in the above I am being unreasonable.

Where did I provide those responses because I can't see where I gave those response on the thread. I will not be able to go into more details of why we have such policy but all I can say is that we don't because of many reasons including but not limited to reasons like 'My followers are few', 'I want to repair my car', 'I changed my mind, what I wanted was to like photo of users that liked photos of users that commented at 9:00 PM'. We want to keep customers that are genuinely interested. The software works because we have done lot's of test and we ensure that all features mentioned on our website are functional.

- If you plan on running one account, at least let your computer RAM be 1G.
- If you want to run 5 account, have at least 4G RAM.

1. When i used FL twitter custom wizard feature " copy to other accounts",
out of 40 accounts it only copied to 7.

2. The second bug is that FL is mis-matching captions and image tweets
when i used "Import" (for text) and "Assign images to existing tweets"
( for image) despite the fact that i have arranged the actual captions
that will go along with each images.

I have been waiting since for support to answer, the details expiation with
6 screenshots are included in the support message.

It wasn't via the thread but was via contact/email, so sorry if it was confusing or if that was not you. My concern isn't if it merely 'works', is if it can work on my computer because it's not the latest and greatest, and for the cost and for one account I'm not about to spend more. So I asked for specific usage and ram details (again because there's no refunds or trials). The responses I got back were not helpful (something like 'the more ram and better processor speed the better'--doesn't help me decide, and later 'it will work on any computer' still doesn't tell me much). And so I went on here to ask other users to get an idea of ram/usage. And straight 'no' on refund when I say what if I buy it and find out immediately it doesn't work isn't very friendly. I appreciate your explanation of your no refund policy more. However actually, by law, if there's no express written warranty for view before purchase, there's an implied warranty to protect consumers, so actually you can't really say 'no refunds' in all cases because if it doesn't work as you claim you have to either make it work or refund. So to protect yourself you should be more specific in the requirements.

Anyways, all I needed was the 'ram' so I can be sure it can work on my crappy computer.

2 quick questions.
I'm looking to upgrade my computer eventually--at that point I can re-install with help from support?
Also, is there a discount for 1 instagram account plus 1 pinterest account?

And also, I was inquiring about discount (like many do here first before buying) on your product via the email contact, and by the time I got a response, your prices jumped from $48 to $58 without any warning. You have listed everywhere as $48. You could have given a day or few day warning 'get now before prices change...', or at least in my email when I was asking about the price already. Instead the response I got after was 'we can make changes to our pricing at anytime' isn't very friendly. That's not the point, the point is you list it everywhere at 48 and no one cared to mention it especially when I was inquiring about the price before it jumped.

Because Instagram will not allow the same comment. Try and add more comment, as much as possible.

Lets say I add 200 accounts to the Twitter or Instagram followliker and set them all to have the same settings like comment. Will this software know not to comment on the same pic/user more than 1 time per all the accounts?

How do I scrape users who liked photos posted by one specific user? It's definitely not putting the @username in the Scrape Photos section under "Users who liked", because software will look for hashtag the username.

Let's say I want to scrape users who liked photos posted by "@fitness", If I put in Scrape Photos, Users Who Liked, it will scrape users who liked photos in the #fitness hashtag. Is there NO WAY of doing this? I believe it's possible!

EDIT: I think I've found a way... I scrape photos posted by an user, then I export this list, and import in the scrape user, and so I make the software scrape users who liked the photos... Is there any other, faster, and perhaps, more automated way?
