Hello weblues!

Some suggestions:
1. Please learn FL to work with user IDs. Because if user change his name and he is added in white list, FL will still unfollow that users. I lost many good follow back accounts on my pages.
Again FL need to check "user IDs" not the "user name", to work more stable and sharp without failures.

2. Please ADD option to FILER "LIST OF SCRAPED USERS". So we can just clean that list for some parameters and send it to DM option or follow or last photo liking tasks. One of main option for filter is "Black list of words in description" and "White LIST of words". Black list is list of words that if they will be in account description FL will erase them from LIST OF USERS. If u implement this we can add to black list the words like "OFFER BUY SELL WHATSAPP VIBER ONLINE SALE WORLDWHIDE SHIPPING SHIP" and so on, to delete spam accounts and commercial acconts from the scraped user list.

3. The speed of scraping users are very slow, is there an idea about how to boost the speed ? I have another software and it scraping like 5x-10x times faster then FL did.

4. For ignoring new unfollow limit in instagram 400 per/day. U need to implement function to drop non follower users like this: add them to IGNOR LIST in instagram (that will drop your follow request to this user) and instantly remove from IGNOR list, to let that user see u again in instagram. If u do that, we can unfollow much more per day.

Please use the FLC option for liking their photo. At the moment "Mail only scraped users" will not skip them.

You really need to give statistics on FL Instagram a makeover! Because even when the software is failing to unfollow (and IG is returning multiple error messages), the unfollows count up on statistics, and it wrongly gives us the impression we're unfollowing more people than we really are!

No sure, might be drive related. If you have the time, stop all instances and use the File > Help > Optimize Data > Rebuild Project and see if that makes a difference.

Would you please create normal instruction with example how to follow-unfollow, to tweet mass accounts. Because I running 30 accounts in one project with Global option and always has problem with follow-unfollow, always question support but I get standard answer like read manual. Sometimes I get good answer, like go to and do that. But really I still don`t know how I must works with mass accounts. Because It didn`t follow-unfollow properly. I know you will say create ticket and so on. Maybe it is better to create manual with some examples. Because I really don`t understand stuff like delay sec, timing and other.

Delay sec - The number of seconds to wait before following/unfollowing the NEXT user.
Automation Time - The time of the day you want the software to run. If the current time is not within the time you set, the software will wait until it's time.

The user guide is explanatory and you should not have problem. Please send me a PM with the problem you are having with follow and unfollow.

I have a strange problem: My websites creates blog posts with url like that: www.mydomain.com/postname. In FL twitter I set a rss feed www.mydomain.com/feed/ and post to several twitter accounts. When I look in FL tweets windows they are scheduled there, but many have the original url, but also many have a url like that: http://goo.gl/A3xnG8?PjY4[FONT=Helvetica Neue, Helvetica, Arial, sans-serif][/FONT] When I click that url in twitter, that is a spam url. Is this a FL bug? Where does this Url come from? and how to avoid it?

The software automatically shortens url for RSS feeds using the goo.gl shortner. The direct url to which it redirect is not allowed or accepted by the shortner. Please send me a PM with the RSS feed links and I'll take a closer look.

That column is not necessary. Don't worry about it, your accounts are safe.
