There are some backup on C:\Users\xxxxxx\AppData\Roaming\Follow Liker\mdb\bin\db_dump
can i take them as a backup and every how many days it generate a backup there ?

It depends on a lot of factors. Please test to see what works best for your account.

follow by my money tweet ( tweet with link to my site).

I know that i will have to be running 2 instances of Followliker:One for the
engagement tweet that i will prepare and import to the FL.

The second for the money tweet that will be coming from my website via
rss feed.

My question is using global wizard, what should be my "daily tweet limit"
and "delay tweet" for each FL instances.

Yes you can use it on Mac that has OS X version 10.8 or higher.

It's a license to one computer but you can move license to another computer.

If you mean sending 1 tweet every two hours. You will set both automation interval values to 120 minutes and set the "Tweet Limit" to 1.
