So, I have tried getting in touch with support, no response. Anyhow, for some reason it won't unfollow at all. It even updates statistics and it logs unfollowing users, but when I open up twitter account in the browser, it did not unfollow anyone.

So bought this and installed it. Instructions are vague to say the least. I set it to scrape an accounts followers and let it run for a while. How do I access the list of users that I have scraped? no obvious way to see it and nothing mentioned in the user guide.

Because your added whitespaces to the usernames. Export your white list to a file, then delete all the white listed usernames, after that open the exported file and remove spaces from the usernames and then import back to the white list.

I had FL (Instagram) 8.5.7 which was working fine. But this morning around 7.10am it upgraded to 8.5.8. After the upgrade I restarted FL but after about 5 minutes there's an error message: "CAN'T FIND DATABASE, please try again. Version 8.5.8" I've tried several times already. And I can't run the updater again because FL won't start at all. Where is the database? And if I have to re-stall, where is the link again? This is not good. Do I need to re-enter everything? Because the settings were perfect - I haven't had a problem in about 6 months. I hope I don't have to re-enter everything. Is there another way to do this? Thank you.

You need to open open a support ticket and include your team viewer details.

1. You need to be using the latest version 8.5.8
2. You need to check both the "Unfollow" and "Retrieve existing followers and following" box.
3. If the unfollow after days you set is not yet reached it will not unfollow, it will wait until the date is reached. If you want it to unfollow without waiting, set the unfollow after days to zero.

There is a section titled "Follow Custom Users List", you can see the screenshot there.

1. The "Followings list" can be viewed by checking the "Show advanced options" on the wizard window.
2. Click "Next" and select the "Followings" button.

Looks like a solid program. Just wish I'd be able to scrape users based on them retweeting a recent tweet. For example, a celebrity tweets something, and the program will automatically start following everyone who retweeted that.

Any advice on how to do something like that?

If the accounts are using proxies, it maybe the proxies. You can send me the activity log via PM or include it in the support ticket you open.
