I'd just like to say that I spent $200 on your software, and am shocked at how abysmal your customer service is. On your website, you state that you have 24/7 support. In reality, it takes you a long time to respond, and when you do, you don't even answer my questions. For example...

Yes you can do all that. The software uses other captcha decoders. Thanks for the interest.

Anyone will do. If you want to type a username, don't put the @ symbol.

please put a avoid filter option based in keywords, city, niche etc to tumblr, twitter, instagram, pinterest..
please put avoid or unfollow or unlike or unblog filters based on keywords, title, city, name to the tools..

I have followers from illegal users or name.. I need to remove,avoid them....

please update the tool

Not sure if anyone else has had the same problem, but an update of Followliker managed to lose all my passwords. I was using auto unlocking, which means the program changes the passwords (even though the help desk tried to tell me it didn't). All my accounts reverted back to their original passwords that I set up. Because I didn't notice it straight away, Twitter spotted the bot and locked all my accounts meaning I need to enter a phone number to get a code. I can only use the same number twice in the same day.
The point I'm making is, keep a check on the passwords regularly and double check that any updates don't effect your accounts. If they do, stop the program and sort passwords or lose the lot, like I did!

I don't know where you got this notion but your notion is completely wrong. Auto unlocking does not mean password will change and the software does not revert to old password. The password you entered in the software is the exact one the software uses to login.
