Please clear your scraped users list. I also replied your PM.

Project is different from thread. You can add many accounts to a single project. You can also create another project for new batch of account.

Been using the Instagram version for about 7 months now and just want to give a positive review and say that the software is fantastic - have never had a problem with it and the continual updates a great too.

I have a couple of suggestions that I would love to see implemented, if other people were to agree:

1. A photo share scheduler that only shares your photos during certain times. Eg. can have FL running for 24 hours, but can set it to share photos only between 5PM - 8PM (for example).

2. The ability to tag users in photos that you share. I know it's possible to tag them in the caption, but it would be cool to be able to tag them in the actual photo.

Bigstar20, I've been wondering about splitting posting and everything else too. I think it's possible to have two projects running in two windows - one for all the follows/unfollows etc, on a full time schedule. And the second just posting once an hour from 5pm - 8 pm (or whatever).

FL will run multiple instances for this purpose - I just haven't tried it yet.

Thanks Goofygoober, I did try that but it didn't seem to post for some reason. Perhaps I didn't have something configured right - will have another look.

New update 8.4.6 causes my likes (previously average 350 per day) to jump to 900 (max per day) with the same untouched set delay.

This causes a temporary like ban on my account.

Any fix beside changing my max daily down?

The software will never go beyond the daily limit you set. If you don't want to like more than 900, please set your daily limit to 350.

I'd just like to say that I spent $200 on your software, and am shocked at how abysmal your customer service is. On your website, you state that you have 24/7 support. In reality, it takes you a long time to respond, and when you do, you don't even answer my questions. For example...

I asked:

What are the benefits and downsides to checking "ignore private users" under both scraping users and following users?

Should I keep it checked or unchecked, and why?

24 hours later, you answered:

Checking both is not necessary. You can check only the one in the "Scrape User Settings"


This isn't the first time. WTF...
