My Twitter FollowLiker is not performing any task. My account is currently not banned. And the software does nothing, it doesn't unfollow, follow, scrape or favorite, nothing! It just stays there saying "4 minutes to next activity", scrapes some followings, and then "3 minutes to next activity" and it does nothing. It is up-to-date (8.2.3), is there anything I might be missing?

At first I thought I might had a problem with following, but I had manually followed dozens accounts so the problem was not it, and even if it was it, the software shoulda been able to unfollow users, either way.

I am having issue with instagram edition, and your support is really, sorry i had to use a bad word here: SXCK! I am having issues with 6 accounts, and they just checked 3 accounts and telling me i made a mistake, in fact that was not a mistake. They told me one account was set to a folder seems is a mistake, but THAT IS THE RIGHT FOLDER WITH RIGHT PICTURE I WANT TO SHARE! and that account now is having other photos from other folder which suppose to be used by other accounts!! <--- is this very difficult to understand?

You don't have live chat / skype support, so when they need my teamviewer to access my server, I DON'T KNOW WHEN THEY WANT TO LOGIN, I DON't KNOW WHAT THEY DID TO MY SYSTEM, and after they checked, replied my ticket, I HAD NO CLUE WHAT THEY HAD CHECKED!

Anyone having issue with share photo function for instagram edition?

I just want my problem to be solved. I will have another 100 accounts coming in, really need this to be sort out.

I have contacted support on the issue. If you still need their assistance please reopen the ticket.

Can the Twitter bot automatically and more important safely favorite tweets with a certain hashtag?

Can the Instagram bot safely follow an entire userbase of another account? Will it check the new followers that the popular account gained and follow them as well?

The twitter software can scrape tweets that contains hash tags and can favorite them.
The instagram software can follow another user's follower, following and more and it can also check new followers if scrape top result option is enabled.

The follower count is too close to the following count. Unfollow users that are not following back.

If you mean importing users into the software, yes you can import users under the scraped user list.

HOW TO SETUP TWITTER ACCOUNT AUTO UNLOCKING

1. Stop the software.
2. Enable Auto unlocking under the File > General Settings.
3. Right-click on the account and select "Edit Email...":
4. Provide the email associated with the twitter account.
   • Provide the password of that email address.
   • Provide the IMAP hostname of that email address (Please check with your email provider)
   • Provide the IMAP SSL port number of that email address Hostname (Please check with your email provider)
5. Click the test button, you should receive a success message.
6. Save the values.
7. Start the software.

I found that going to Custom Settings > Wizard for said account all of the check boxes were unchecked. I'm sure at some point I did this but no where in the documentation does it mention these need to STAY checked in order for the tasks to run.

While this may seem self explanatory to some users it may help (and save some support time on your end) to point out some of the more simple details for newbs such as myself. The menus settings are not very intuitive at all. None the less this seems to be great software and so far I'm happy with my purchase. I will respond to my ticket and then mark it as resolved.

Hi I have done all things like adding email info and set ac unlocking but seems application cant detect the reset link. I checked the mail accounts manually and saw it requested 3 or 4 password reset mails but in the activity log it says "Can't find reset password link. [accname]" Could you check on your end if the application correctly detecting the twitter email and resetting it?
