Is there any tutorial on how to write the correct queries to scrape users etc? I tried to follow users with a test account, but it doesn't recognize the location and distance parameter. I don't even know if each query has to be written with only 1 keyword, or if it could contain more keywords (if yes, how many?).

It would be useful a manual with clear examples on how to write each query or each setting. The actual tutorial is good enough to start trying to get it to work to me.

I don't know if you are using twitter or instagram. When using location it can be a city or country name. Please PM with a screenshot or values of your query settings.
