I paid for and downloaded a copy for just one twitter account. I cant get it to work. Everytime press start I get the message

"server identifier error, you may need to close and restart software"

I have done this loads of times and still the same. I have added an exeption in my firewall for the program, I am using tested private proxies.
What is wrong?

I have contacted support but not had an answer

Yes, it supports tweets with pictures and you can set a daily limit.
