I love follow Liker I only have 1 critique. I purchased the instagram/twitter bot 2 days ago, (1 license each) to test out before upgrading to the unlimited which I plan to do, because I have more than 1 account for each social media site. Upon using the instagram/twitter bots, I realized the instagram one better suited my needs and I asked for a full refund of the twitter bot, (still being within that 3 day money back window). Op said "Hello, We only issue refund if the software doesn't work as described. Read our terms page for details.Thanks."
While I do understand the terms, I don't think this is a reasonable decision considering there is NO trial offered as the website states, so essentially to test out the software you MUST purchase. It wasn't a matter of me thinking the software did not work, I knew the software would work, from all of the great reviews, I just wanted to see which one if not both suited me best.
So now essentially I'm stuck with 1 bot (twitter bot) I'm not going to be using, and 1 bot (instagram bot) that I will be using. I was going to use the refund that I received to upgrade my instagram bot license, for multiple accounts, so now I have to wait on that.
This is not to come down on the software at all, both twitter and instagram bot's work as he described it was just in my personal preference the twitter bot did not have all of the features I personally was looking for. I just wish the details on the website stating free trial, were followed through like the terms were. Anyway, I love your instagram bot, in the future I think you may want to start offering trials, or some sort of security blanket that people can buy to try.
