Yes it can scrape all visible list of followers and follow them.
 
Had some questions about the instagram bot, as far as "visible followers" usually instagram only shows the last 200 followers so your saying an account of 100 000, it will only scrape the last 200?

Also the followers it scrapes can it automatically, follow them, like a few of their photos and leave some comments on another few to each follower?

And can it do this both based on accounts you feed to it as well as accounts using certain hashtags?

Do you have a skype so I can ask you some more questions, thanks

What I mean is that the software can automatically scrape all the list of actual followers and follow them. At times the number displayed by instagram might be different from the actual number. It can also auto like and comment on the followers photos. It can scrape the followers of accounts that you feed to it. I have also sent you a PM.
