Thank you for ordering.
So I have purchased this program 2 weeks ago. The support team was great at first, they would answer my questions extremely fast during the first 3 days. But after the possible return days passed, I noticed that they would answer my emails a lot slower. I don't know if this is a coincidence or not.
As for the program itself - I am still learning and having trouble finding good IG accounts but so far it's doing okay seems like. I still haven't dug deep enough to play around with it yet. After all, I've only played with 2 accounts in which 1 got banned within few hours of using. And no, I was not doing anything spammy as I was just using it to learn how IG worked. I think it has to do with my proxy but not sure. Either way, as you can see I am a newbie at this.
Lastly - I am frustrated on how they don't really seem to update much according to customer's requests. I would send in my requests but they cannot tell me when or if they will ever consider those requests into their next update. During the 2 weeks I have had this program, not even a single update was released. This worries me. But other than that, seems like a decent program so I will update once I play with it more.

@cocopuff0 - Support questions are prioritized, if we have many request to answer before you sent in your question, we have to answer existing questions. Even then you will receive a response within a reasonable time frame.
You need to ensure that you are not following and liking too much users and photos respectively, moderation is very important, especially if your account is very new. We have tested the default settings in the software with many accounts for several months and it is very safe.
Implementing new features is not as easy and fast as you think, there are lot of things to consider. If we find a feature request that is possible to implement, then we can consider it but we can't make any promise.
We update when it is necessary. I don't know when you ordered but maybe you are not aware of it, we just released an update some days ago, you will need to click the Check Updates under the help menu.
