Yes, I have purchased. I am having little trouble and have contacted the support as you said and been waiting for a reply. In meanwhile thought you might have an answer for my problem.. I installed according to the email. While running the app says updating database. A blank window opens and the windows gets (not responding) message. And all stuck. I restarted , reinstalled. And also other as well and still no ok. Can you help me out. Thanks.
