The order was to be delivered in 15 days, or full refund if not delivered.

Edit: They changed the order status to "completed" and I did not receive a single signal. (Order was for FB social signals)
Hello sir, this service we resell from a reliable supplier, but to be honest we submit a very huge volume of orders to him, and his team sometimes - delays for a long term period the delivery, but mostly customers are ok about waiting, because the quality of the service provided and the price is Perfect.

as you can see we were pushing, these are not the only messages we have forwarded to supplier, but as we already delaying too much, we have canceled & refunded in full, but the supplier will complete this order for you and this is a compensation from our part, i really understand how frustrating this could be to order service and not get on the advertised date, unfortunately some times this could happen.

Update on my order:
After I brought up to them the order was never 'completed' or even started they issued a refund.
I think I should have been refunded right after the 15 days as stated and that I shouldn't had to chase the support team, I also think the order shouldn't have been marked as "completed" when it was never started
I have been using their services often, their prices are good, and variety of services that you don't find with other providers... but the communication with support is not great. Hopefully they can improve it.
