I booking 6 Month allready
1 Month 5 Ads Server must pay 1000 Dollar
a lot of Money, it was work ok, but untill them dont have anyone russian Server anymore since 3 Weeks i cant work anymore, i paid now 1000 dollar for nothing
And the Support is very terrible, them just say u need to find another way they dont was helping me, support was not nice, i want try to change many times the manager name @kirill he dont care anaything and just say find another way but if abboment finish 4 weeks he come fast and send many many message hello u need to top up money 1000 dollar now it will be finish.
After complain with anpther marketing dont.farm worker he was ok but cant also not help, them change me the manager, the new manager was better and try to carring and told me need start with us server, and also he was give me a website where can buy vcc"s for this ads method, but this website he gave me support answere only every 3 day and also the vcc"s cards not working for adwords or dont give a replace if not work.
So look like i lost here not only 1000 dollar i lost much more then this, because, in the first month also i handle the accounts wrong and need get sms verification from google because them proxies sometimes not working, but@kirill told me doesnt metter can logging, BUT CANT !!!!!
Google was see that so wrong was here the manager @kirill 1000%
But he was just say ok then u need make new ads, he say that sooooo easy

Buy Domain
Buy Server
Make new Buisness Shop (doesnt metter for backup, because need also to change contentt)

Hello! Please check PM. We referred your complaint to Quality Control.
Those guys scammed us and we are not going to keep silence about it.
They have promised us a warmed-up account with $250 daily spent for their program of standard+ subscription. We were promised the following:
1. Warmed up accounts with BM.
2. Accounts with $250 daily spent
3. Accounts with various Geo's selections. (only 20% of what is said available)
What we actually got in return is a fresh account with a fresh Fan Page that was opened 3 hours prior to our order with fresh BM without any warm-up.

In this conversation, you can see he is telling us the things are different and we need to do our own warm-up to cheap accounts they created an hour ago.
For a few hours now we are waiting for Their AM @kiril to return to us with a possible solution about refunding the days we have left in their service and avoiding us at any cost with ridiculous excuses every time.
Would be glad to receive a quick possible solution for this matter.

While it's true that for the time being we do not provide Russian accounts, we have made multiple attempts to assist you with alternatives despite your foul language and abusive behavior towards our staff. Also it has to be stated that if this continues, we will be forced to end our relationship. Have a good day!
We would like to point out that at no point were you promised "warmed-up" accounts, furthermore our manager Pavel openly explained to you that we cannot guarantee that ALL accounts will be $250. The current FB trend is that accounts usually become $250 per day after a few days, as for the refund policy, it's always available to read on our platform in the "Knowledge base" section. Also, I believe that we can both agree that "only 20% of listed countries are available" is not an accurate statement.

Thank you for your reply, as stated before it was mentioned to us the accounts come with $250 daily spent limits, as it is written on your website and the PDF files you are sharing with your customers. - the link from your knowledge base is leading directly to that PDF - where it is stated clearly the accounts come with $250 daily spent. - https://dont.farm/files/dontfarm-plans-en2021.pdf
On the phone call we were explained we can get RU accounts, with $250 daily spent, with the need to simply attach the card to it and start running ads.
On the 2nd day of our subscription, we notified the AM it is not as we have been explained and we will want to stop working, and he tried to convince us, and the reply from him was that:
1. Accounts don't come warmed up.
2. We need to do technical actions like attaching a fan page to the business manager and warm the accounts to even start running ads.
3. All of the accounts come with a $50 daily limit as a start.
4. Russian accounts don't exist in your system for some time now.
He then stated that if we want to have the ability to run ads on the first day we need to use accounts made from more trusted geos.
Following his advice, we reordered accounts from Romania, Hungary, and 3 more goes which resulted in the same result of the accounts being banned before the ad is even sent to moderation. out of 80 accounts, we tried I think 3 accounts managed to run the ads at some point, which is far away from what we've been told. - We got banned with accounts we tried to promote the fan page with cute kittens pictures, which is ridiculous.
Yesterday we notified the AM we wanted to receive a refund for the remaining time to be fair with each other because it's not what was promised and it is not working out, and received a lot of negative responses from him and blaming finger to us.
As we also told to our AM, if you have some special way to deliver to us accounts with $250 daily limits without them being warmed up, we would gladly try another round with such accounts. but as long as you promise $250 daily spent accounts and give out the fresh accounts without warm-up and $50 daily limit, I tend to see it as a scam in daylight and we would like to receive a refund.
