I bought a profile from them in December.
For organizational reasons I only used it until mid-January, and then I stopped.
In April I wanted to resume using it, but I had been logged out. I contacted support who replied that "The owner of the profile" had changed the password and that, since I hadn't used it since January, I didn't "have to fuss".
Also I was told that the 14 day warranty had expired. I pointed out to them that the guarantee (according to their TOS) concerned the case in which the account was rendered unusable by factors not attributable to them, such as the Facebook ban.
In this case, however, their supplier took back something that they sold to me: it is absolutely their responsibility.
So I asked them, as proof of good faith, to give me a small discount in the form of a coupon for a higher priced purchase, but they refused.
Stay away from dont.farm: at least on entry-level expenses they are commercially incorrect and are not reliable partners for a sustainable business.
Mod edit: replies merged, only one negative review is permitted per thread.
Thank you for feedback, we are sorry to hear that your complete disregard of our manual / manager's recommendations, not to mention your lack of experience and knowledge of FB have led you to such unfair conclusions. If instead of wasting your time on lies and making up stories, you actually read the manual, you would know that we highly recommend to visit your account at least a couple of times per week, but we understand that some clients just can't be helped. If you feel that an account that you left abandoned for 4 months should still be under warranty, you are sadly mistaken. We at dont.farm have collectively decided to end this business relationship( if $300 in 6 months can be called a "business relationship"). We have kindly declined your request to purchase more accounts from us and ask you to respect our wishes.
What does my experience and my spending have to do with it (which you do not know, since fortunately my spending on ads does not go through you)?
You have sold me a service, the accesses to an account, and for your own responsibility (as you yourself admitted) these accesses have been lost: any serious company would have admitted their mistake and apologized. YOU, in your TOS, affirm that the responsibility is yours for such cases.
Don't try to make excuses: my logins have absolutely nothing to do with it!
You have recycled my RDP (I found 3 unlogged profiles that did not exist before) and, as you yourself have written and admitted (I have the screenshots, and you know!) "The owner of the profile has changed the password and we can no longer access it ".
So my business has nothing to do with it: if I want to access an account I bought in 1 year, I have to be free to do so. What the account status is is not your problem.
Among other things, for a small matter (100 dollars) you have lost a customer and are receiving negative reviews: but how little do you earn if you make a fuss for 100 bucks?
You don't have to care how much I spend or how I spend: you have to care about being professional and guaranteeing access to what you have sold (an account). The rest are just excuses you use because you know you are wrong, after all, just read the comments on this thread to understand how low your reputation is. If a $ 100 account is a problem for you, then again, you have more serious problems than your bad reputation.
I will buy my next accounts on different services: fortunately there are many others (accfarm, playerup and the numerous alternative providers present on BHW). I strongly advise against anyone to rely on dont farm.
If you don't believe me, read the mass of negative comments that all say the same thing.
