There is any way to recover the password from an account which is saved in FollowLiker?

My spreadsheet doesn't saved correctly.

Please open a ticket and request password visibility enabled for your license.

Got everything up and running smoothly so far. The only thing is the software won't recognize my IMAP settings for my accounts. I'm using Gmail.

I enabled IMAP in the email accounts.

this is the IMAP information for gmail:

Incoming Mail (IMAP) Server - Requires SSL
imap.gmail.com
Port: 993
Requires SSL:Yes
Outgoing Mail (SMTP) Server - Requires TLS
smtp.gmail.com
Port: 465 or 587
Requires SSL: Yes
Requires authentication: Yes
Use same settings as incoming mail server

I've done everything correctly and I get the "Failed to connect to your IMAP email server. Please check your credentials" pop up each and every time I test it. Any idea whats wrong?

You need to enable third-party app from your Gmail account. I sent you a PM.

@weblues i have a question , when we have a blocked account and ask for change password , the software change it , all its ok . The question is , how i know the new password?? , i have more 1000+ accounts and cant enter one by one for see if FL change or not the password? . Have any option for example for put one password to all accounts when ask for change it?? .Or have any way for we can know the new password ? . The software send a email but who read it?? Please give any option for it because if we get blocked the email and FL changed the password we can lost the accounts .

Please open a ticket and request password visibility enabled for your license. Once the option is enabled for your license, you will be able to see the new password.

For the billing information i used America but my bank card is from ireland.

I ended up getting an email saying incomplete order details - Vat not charged
(Does this mean i still got charged? )
"The order you currently placed with Avangate, will be canceled so that
you will not be double charged."

Then i got a follow up email saying " Your payment for your online order placed on http://www.followliker.com on 2016-02-11 23:56:52 has been received (order reference number: xxxx3529)."
