I just purchased 2 days ago the instagram 1 account edition just to test it out. Now I am ready to upgrade to unlimited account and pay the remaining $40. How can I do this ?

'no blacklist hashtags' --can you guys add that? You guys claim to be more powerful than other programs but instagress has this and you guys don't, so please add it.

in regards of ticket #Q3S-54S-Z58B.
How can they be telling me to continue using new project
to unfollow which i set to "Unfollow After 0 day" base on
their recommendation just to trouble shooting.
Funny enough it was in that trouble shooting reccomendation
they advised that i should set it to Unfollow after 0 days and if
it works, i should reverted back to 3 days because they saw in
the the screenshots i sent to them that the accounts follow
yesterday.
So they want twitter to ban all my accounts for following and
unfollowing on a very close or same day. What?
For the past 4 days all my 40 accounts can't follow and unfollow again.
Ultimately all this is happening because i follow FL user guide particularly
my other 31 accounts.
Initially it was only 9 accounts that were unable to unfollow since
i changed their usernames and because i am using Global Wizard
setting for follow and unfollow, i had to open a new unfollowing
project for the 9 accounts then i Checked the "Unfollow" and "Retrieve
existing followers and followings" boxes, Set "Unfollow After" to 0 days,
set "Follower to Following Ratio" to 0.00 and uncheck the "Don't unfollow followers"
box and cleared All Session Cookies". Still they are still unable to unfollow.
So because they are still unable to follow, i changed their name
back to old usernames and joined them back to the rest 31 accounts
where they were before.
The 31 accounts were following and unfollowing without any problem.
Yet these 9 accounts are still unable to unfollow, so i read in the FL
user guide that if one is running unfollow task and your following
is not decreasing then one should Clear the "Followings" table of that
account or project. So since the accounts concerned belong to
Global wizard setting, there is no way for me to clear the "following
table" of individual accounts concern so i cleared "All
Following" of the project.
At this point the rest 31 accounts were unable to unfollow again.
So i told the FL support and i am putting it to you that there must
be a bug with FL or that specific line in FL user guide ( clear "All Following")
is faulty. More so when i created a new project to unfollow, FL suppose
to populate "All Following Manager" table at once so that it can remember
and begin to unfollow but instead it is doing it in small batches.
Users of FL should be very and extremely careful. Don't ever clear any of these
tables "All Following", "All Followers", "All Whitelisted and 'All Blacklisted"
Now i am stuck for the past 4 days i can't follow and unfollow.
Please FL support and Weblues fast track this support ticket and hasten the
investigation on your end because my VPS and Proxies are running.
1. You should not have clear the followings table. The user guide stated a couple of suggestions and mention clearing followings table IF you have used another project or software to unfollow.
2. I can tell you it's not a bug.
3. The software can scrape all your followings at once, you just need to set a high value to the "Retrieve existing followers and followings" box. But the question is will you want to wait for each account to scrape all followings before tasks are done? That's the reason for the gradual scrapes.
Let me explain what's going on:
When you clear the followings table, the software basically goes back and start gathering your followings lists again and the first time it saved a username is when the "Unfollow after days" starts counting.
If username A is in your following list and the software saves that at 7:34 PM October 6 2015 and you set your "Unfollow After" to 3 days, the software will wait until 7:34 PM October 9 2015 before attempting to unfollow users. It may look like that's the 4th day but it's actually the 3 day because of the time.
My advise:
1. Move all your account back to the single global project.
2. Don't change usernames, that may cause problems, put each account back to their original usernames.
3. Don't clear followings again. Only clear if you have used a third-party software or another project to unfollow and I don't think you have and since you are using a global project that's not even recommended.
4. If you are really sure this is the 4th day, then it means unfollow task will start few hours from now. If you don't want to wait, stop the software and set the "Unfollow After" to 2 days, the software should start unfollowing, you can then change it back to 3 days next day.

You don't need to stop, the software will pick up your settings while it's running.
