Hi, my account doesn't seem to be working with instagram proxies... it comes up with an ERR in the status column. Any suggestions?

log him from your browser with your proxy and see if he request any phone verification or something else. try to like some picture if not. i get this err too some times

thanks it actually seemed to work after adding a username
assword to the proxies instead of the default proxyort

The software is great! I have unlimited license for instagram + twitter. Need help with settings. Its not giving me errors, but I am not seeing the results either. Please help.

I'm sorry OP, but I have to write this review.
weblues is easy to deal with, fast and efficient. However, I cannot say the same for the software.
I purchased the Twitter and Instagram - unlimited accounts software and I am disappointed. Firstly, the price is way off point for what it is. $178.99 for some basic social media automation is extremely expensive. The interface is plane and there is allot of ambiguity in the terms used in the Wizard. 'Scrape photo limit' does not at all suggest what the photos will be used for. If I set my like limit to 2000 - 2500 per day but choose to scrape 50 photos, where do the rest of the images come from? I know there would be something that I don't understand, but why don't I understand it. I've used many other software packages and I understand them almost instantly.
Secondly 'Follow limit' Vs 'Daily follow limit'...? What does this mean? Where is the explanation?
The accounts list view cannot be sorted from highest followers to lowest.
Customer settings > Copy to other account(s) Vs Replace to other accounts... This took me while to figure out because its so horribly worded.
Tools > proxy manager: What's the point of this? You can't load your proxies in and then assign them to accounts. If you can, where's the option?

Can you explain the location selection a little better for the scraping of users and photos? How specific am I supposed to get? For example if I want to only scrape people from australia, do I put just australia in? #australia? australia,sydney? or just sydney?
Also where exactly does it look for the location when scraping users and photos? If they write it in their profile? Tag it in a picture? Write the location under photo caption?
Very confusing and you guide does not seem to go into detail...

You need to be very specific when using the location search. For example: 6675 Hollywood Blvd, Los Angeles, CA 90028, United States
The photos that are scraped are those that are shared from the location you provided.

@pxoxrxn - I'm not sure you read the user guide. Some explanation below:
1. 'Scrape photo limit' - This is minimum number of photos that will be scraped for use by the like and comment task. If you set it to 50 the software will scrape 50 photos at once. If the number of likes and comment you want to do is more than 50 the software will continue to scrape 50 photos until it has scraped enough to cover your daily like and comment limit.
2. 'Daily follow limit' - The number of users the account will follow per day.
3. 'Follow limit' - The software processes task based on multiple run, follow task will usually have more than one run. Take for example:
i. You set your follow limit to 25 - 25
ii. You set your daily follow limit to 500
What will happen is this:
The software will follow users in batches of 25 until it has followed all 500 users you requested. Setting the follow limit to 25 gives the software chance to perform other tasks efficiently.
4. Custom settings > Copy to other account(s) - This will copy the settings of the account you selected and add it to the existing settings of all other account.
5. Custom settings > Replace to other accounts - When you are replacing something, you remove the previous one and you place another one there. This option copy the settings of the account you selected and use it as the replacement for the settings of all other account.
6. Tools > Proxy Manager - Instead of putting proxies to each account one after another. Right-click in the window and use the import option to import your text file that contains your proxies. The software will assign those proxies automatically to your accounts, this saves you time.
Are you getting many captcha notification? If yes, you should use deathbycaptcha. Use the File > General > Settings > Captcha:
1. Set the option to "Remote"
2. Select the DeathByCaptcha tab and input your deathbycaptcha username and password.
3. Click the Test button and you should see your captcha balance.
4. Click the save button.

Hi weblues, If I have 5 pinterest accounts related with 5 proxy. Can I assign A account with X proxy , B acc. with Y proxy? or software will assign those proxies automatically to my accounts? I want to assign specific proxy with specific account. Is it possible?

Yes you can. If you also want the software to assign for you please import the proxies into the proxy manager. If you prefer to put in the proxies by yourself, right-click on each account and put in the applicable proxy.

1. I'm guessing that you've reversed out the instagram private key, what happens when this is changed as it has done in the past? What's been the average downtime between key changes if this has happened?
2. I'm seeing a lot of posts about proxies. Are they required to to the posting or just a recommendation for privacy / limiting concerns?
3. Do you have a discount on just the instagram tool? I would like to try this out with one account, and then assuming all the other tools work in a similar fashion, I'd purchase the whole suite.

i was under the assumption that the twitter bot had a delay between each tweet option...
i want to send each tweets 2 hours apart but the software sends all my tweets a few minutes apart.
here are my settings:
tweet limit: 1-1
daily tweets limit: 4-5
delay tweet: 8000 - 12000 seconds - i thought this means it should wait at least 2 hours before posting a new tweet
i contacted your support and they are telling me that i'm supposed to open another instance of the
software and change general setting just to set the delay i want.
that means that i'll need to open more than one instance of the software if i need different delays for each of my accounts.
i thought the the "delay tweets" option was created for that purpose, to create DELAYS between tweets,
it doesn't seem to to that in my case.
why would i want to send 5 tweets all at once? i want to spread them through out the day...
if there's no such option without opening 10 instance of the software, can you add a delay between tweets option please?
