Format is not strange, it's the same format you will find in a CSV file:
username,password
username2,password2
....
Please PM or contact support with the CSV file you are trying to import if your file is not in the format.
All bots up to date use Usernameassword format. Anyway, even in correct format it's not support bulk import, I am talking importing 5000+ accounts
The file is a CSV file it means comma separated values. Please change the colon in the middle of the username and password to a comma.

You will stop and uncheck the follow box after the number of days you want. If you need further clarification, please contact support through our website.

Hi,
Just purchased FollowLiker Instagram Edition. Studied all the tutorials and just setup 5 Instagram accounts in FL software.
It doesn't yet to be getting in the followings and followers yet. Wondering if I setup something incorrectly or not.
Questions so far.
1. To find/follow users by keyword/hashtag, in the "Query" field where the keyword/hashtag is to be entered. Am I supposed to only enter ONE hashtag (eg. #fitness) and I cannot
entered more than one. If more than one is allowed, do I separate each hashtag by a space?
2. Out of the 5 accounts, when I checked the activity logs, 3 accounts say " 405 Forbidden was received from instagram ... " and 2 acccount says " 404 Not Found nginx was received
... ".
Help highly appreciated!

1. When adding queries please use one hashtag, if you want to add more add them separately with the New... option.
2. It is caused by the double hashtag, don't include the # symbol it is not necessary. Once you separate the hash tag it will be OK.

Great software! One problem I have is I can't seem to get my Pinterest account going. I have 1468 followers and 9000 followings and the first thing I want to do is to unfollow everyone I follow, and then start over. So I loaded it up and all I did for my account was tick Retrieve Existing Followers and Followings (I didn't tick anything else). It seems to stall out at about 1462 followers and never finishes and moves to my followings. I can see this if I go through the settings with the advanced box ticket and look at the boxes for Followers and Followings. Nothing ever shows up in Followings. Am I doing something wrong? The way it is, I can't unfollow anyone.
Also, if I set the Follower/Following ratio up to, say, 1.5, will it unfollow people once it hits the ratio, or will it wait for people to follow me until it starts to follow more people, or will it wait for the Days to Unfollow before it unfollows people again?
My last question is that on Instagram I have two accounts. One works fine but the other tells me the password is invalid. If I reset my password via the web, I try to log in again on FollowLiker, it tells me it's invalid again. Yet I can log in fine on my phone. I am confused...!

Problem is not file format, problem is your software is not supporting bulk import. I am able to import 100 accounts with out any problems but it's not for me. I need to import 5k-10k accounts at once. Please stop ignoring my refund request and issue refund.

Stop the software and then open the install location of the software and backup all the files in that folder.

A few questions:
1) I'm trying to set up 100 accounts on 25-30 different proxies, but I want to make account 1 on proxy 1 have the same settings as account 1 on proxy 2 and account 2 on proxy 1 the same as account 2 on proxy 2 etc.? How do I have a quicker way of doing that?
2) I'm using private proxies, these should be fine?
3) Is an account thread just basically an account, so if i'm running 100 accounts... do I just put 100?
4) How do I make it so all of my botting accounts likes my main IG accounts pictures?
5) Where do I put the celebrities IG accounts so I can get the bots to comment on their photos?
