Ah, so it's not just me who is having this problem with password reset. Good to know its not just me and a lot of people are having the problem. Thought it was me being a noob! I also tried lowering my settings but the problem still happens.
I have had to reset my password 3 times already, is there a limit before Twitter just completely blocks the account? I dont want to loose the account.
Also if there is an update to fix this, how do I download and install the update and what does it do? Thanks Matt

We already released an update that will auto unlock your account. Please ensure you update to the latest version.

I already asked support team of this feature long ago because I noticed that I was getting blocked for following well under the limit following number. Even support suggested this could be due to me following private users so I hope this will get implemented ASAP!

Yes, 8.1.7. Only very few accounts are having the issue, you don't have to update your installation if your account's password was not required to be changed. It is a minor issue from Twitter's end.
