google will never ever consider treating it as a normal domain if it was like this once, sorry to tell dump it.

What I can gather from that picture is that the Abusix checker is clueless when it comes to viruses) But on a different note, are you asking how to clean a website on server-level to remove the actual viruses or how to make all antivirus websites show it as clean? Or you're interested in google taking the website seriously again?

Don't remove all the links found on virus checking and reputation sites (a common reaction). You right *clean* versions of those sites. Then go to the various engines like virustotal and rescan them. That's how you get them cleaned up. Reputation sites may take a while to update reputation or you just have to wait and have them age out. Some reputation sites, depending on the site and site behavior flagged, you can ask for removal.
