Been a minute since I posted anything here but I have been trying to use this service for the last 2 months. I will break down my experiences below. Again, this was just my personal experience waisting $12k-13kish (not including burning $3k+ in safe spend.)
My personal recommendation which I will be reaffirming at the end is to close this thread so no one else gets stuck in the same situation that I have found myself.
Who I am: I am a yearly multi 7 figure BH affiliate who cycles through our own internal sources for accounts native and FB as well as trying other account providers big and small operations.
TLDR;
The Good With Dont.farm
• Proxies are fast when they have the premium proxies
• Accounts when in stock were refreshed were provided within 24 hours (lasted up until week before this post we are now at 3+ days per account)
• The interface
The Bad With Dont.farm
• Accounts are terrible quality and I haven't even seen one that wasn't a
@yandex email attached to it. Super easy for FB to filter out and flag
• Proxies when not loaded are god awful
• Account manager wasn't that helpful in terms of launching (it got so bad we had him try to launch accounts to show him what a shit show we walked into, he never got one live)
• Log Outs, lots and lots of log outs
• Account holders deleting Ads / Fan pages
• Having to shut off notifications on everything is a PITA
• We never got an account past 48 hours live on BH ads with trying multiple ways of seasoning accounts (niches / blogs / cloaking / safe spend)
• No niches stuck
• Random dude would also have access to account and try to launch Casino offers using our credit card (we were just told to remove card and get a replacement account)
• Dont Farm Launched Casino app solution but denied the two were tied to each other ^^^^^^
• Even after the Casino app offer, we weren't even offered a casino app to test
• This is not the solution for most people who are spending even 4 figures daily on ad spend.
The Situation: I was referred to these guys by a friend on this forum who had a few solid accounts as something we should try. I contacted dont.farm on their site and contacted support we initially signed up for I think 10 premium T1 Accounts which quickly turned into 13 premium accounts and 2 Enterprise accounts for a total of about $8k for the first month.
Enterprise Accounts:
We were told that the accounts were solid and that especially the Enterprise accounts will come with 10 active BMs with safe spend and have no spend limit on them. This did not happen, some BMs had 3 ad accounts others had 5. Also the sub for this was not renewed after some got banned / disabeld / logged out immediately after trying to use.
Anyone who uses on FB would also note that its probably not a good idea to warm up an ad account with https://www.worldwildlife.org/ and expect a BH marketer to be able to run when they drop their own bh link in there. Most people know its 1 domain, 1 geo per ad account. Also they only put safe spend on 1 ad account not all 10 or however many made it through before these accounts were transferred to us.
Needless to say, we knew these were dead on arrival the minute we logged in and looked around. We were willing to bite the bullet on this as tests happen not a big deal and in hopes we can work things out the next month.
Premium Subscriptions Accounts:
Most of these self stated United States accounts came with a $50 max daily spend limit and not many were able to have the BM verified. Alot of these accounts were disabled immediately and logged out. In these cases tickets were created and / or immediate replacements from dont.farm were requested. I know on the surface its not too bad since we got replacements but as. most of us know the grind is real and thats time invested each time i gotta fuck with shit. Buy a domain / build a site / create an ad not like the other, images and all the other crap involved with managing a FB operation.
We hit multiple points where proxies were hot ass and lost days trying to get things rolling. Probably all together we churned over 100 ad accounts easily and 0 ADS of any niche lasted over 48 hours. We kept being told its fine or try the personal profile (lol) instead.
At one point it was weird, so we had 3 accounts that finally saw some light at the end fo the tunnel, safe spend safe link FINALLY lasted over 30 hours. Woke up the next day checked on them and some random dude dropped a Casino app ad on our accounts with $350 daily spend with our CC attached. FFS right? Asked our account manager about this and it was all ohhh don't worry about it probably a hacker. Just request a replacement. Fast forward 2 weeks and we get an email from dont.farm advertising free Social casino app developed for you to advertise on their FB platforms. They still denied it was them who dropped them on our accounts with our CC's attached. Total dick move.
After a while of failing our Account manager also stepped in to try some methods to get anything live to show us the accounts worked. Lol nope he churned about 10 himself before also giving up, but not before asking us if we were going to continue with month number 2.
So we decided to continue on month number only for the reason that we thought it could be FB and no way FB could treat. accounts like this for as long as they did, so why not. We did not renew the enterprise solutions as those accounts should never be used by another BH affiliate unless they completely overhaul their operations to fit our industry better.
Month number 2 actually got worse, we got US accounts that were actually Sri Lankan or MX accounts. Proxies and accounts started becmoing out of stock. Log outs like crazy, ID requests on anything we do with constant bans from FB indicating they know the accounts are tied in with each other (circumventing ban). This happens on occasions with accounts, but not at the level of consistency we saw in month 2.
What Dont.farm didn't even know is we tried alot more white hat ads as well as leads ads this month to see how their accounts would react to safe ads. It was a disaster to say the least.
What happened next:
Even after the second month of failing I was hoping for at least a resolution whether it be a partial refund or a free third month to try to ease the financial burden of asking someone who has already paid out $12k + in accounts for $5k more. The response was $300 discount lmao. With no budging on that. I also requested a partial refund with the promise I wouldn't post my experience with them here. I gave them a few days to mull it over, they even assumed that that the negative responses above were by myself.. they are not.
Warning for others:
I do think the mods should take this thread down as a caution for others who may pick up this service. All above I can verify as being truthful even tho I don't need to. I had hoped for a mutual split between us with a partial refund didn't even want a full one. Always be careful of how much you invest and what your risks are. Not everyone who starts a business in the industry knows wtf they are talking about or doing sometimes and I always hate seeing other people throw money in a dumpster fire like this (only talking about it's current state). Regardless of how big or small your operation is everyone should be held to the same standards.
