I have been trying to contact their support for almost 2 days now with a very slow response rate. Their credit card option through Yandex doesnt seem to work, always brings back a technical error. Interested in buying an account but no responses on Telegram and very slow response on Skype.

And yep, our accounts have a billing threshold. You will pay, when you reach it you need to pay for ads. But if you will follow our instructions threshold raise up as soon as possible.

That's why you start your advertising with a standard threshold. But our accounts and cards allow you to increase this threshold as fast as possible.

1) to work with your system, you will provide me a brand new user profile which can be use for create business manager for advertising?
2) if yes for item 1, how do i pay for ad charge? as this brand new profile is not my name.

Speed: A+
Speed here is based on two things. First, how quickly I received the login information. I got all the info within 24 hours. I received, via there panel, the RDP file with all login info and password required to access facebook via the Turkey server. This also included the creation of the page with the logo attached. So, when I logged into the Remote Desktop the fan page was already created. I preferred this rather than doing it myself and suggest others do the same. Second, how quickly I was able to set up the account credentials and connections to my business account. Well, I'm an idiot so it took me multiple sessions over a few days, but I am finally up and running smoothly. That part is pretty fast. As long as you have a good connection it really should only take 30 minutes tops.
Quality: A-
Everything is very fast. The sites are well managed and the connection to Telegram is a nice touch. I think the only negative comment I have on the quality of the service is that the video explanation and word file sometimes were hard to follow. But if I could get through it then anyone can. There was an error/bug in FB that caused some problems but otherwise, the quality of the service was great.
Service: A+
This is where this team shines above the others. We communicated via Skype for multiple days as I was having problems and issues, not with what they were offering me but because of my lack of technical skills. They were able to step me through the process the whole time. Really really really appreciate quality customer service.
Conclusion: A+
If this is something that is useful: a page located in another country to sell or market overseas or somewhere else, then I highly suggest and recommend this service. The team was great. I've had some terrible customer service but this team was the exact opposite. For that reason alone I will most likely be returning as a paying customer.

I have 4 accounts now running with these guys with 0 issues in various counties. I got my first one in August and it's still working perfect. The reason there are so many people with low post counts (myself included) is because they were (at least at one point) offering credit towards accounts if you left a review. I lurked for years so figured it was finally worth it because this is one of the best services I have ever used. Of the 4, only one of mine need replaced and it was done no questions asked and as stated above the service is awesome, I even actually spoke with them over Telegram. Legit service for sure. I can answer pretty much any questions from a user perspective.
Also if you are using multiple accounts, I highly recommend Microsoft Remote Desktop Connection Manager.

A few days ago I asked for a review copy and they sent to me the required info in only 24 hours. Also, support was there, guiding me through the whole process (yeah, I am running a few fb ads campaigns, but this was completely new for me).
As you can see, the support was amazing, they answered every doubt I had in a few minutes (and they were very patient with my newbie questions, I have to admit it, if I was the one handling the support, I would have said "sir, you are wasting our time, please, got find another provider" haha).
Oh, I forgot to say that they have a Telegram bot from where you can make a few interesting things, such as asking for an account and receiving some notifications.
Aaand they have some tutorials too made with a decent English, so you won't have any troubles trying to understand them.

Easy interface to deal with, and you have a huge list to choose from what account country do you need the account to be from.
I bought an account with the credit that they provided, and I will buy CC and load 100$ on it to test how it will work there.
I will post another review here after I run some ads and will let you know how banked from this $$$$.

But the account i received is can not add the CC or Debit Card (the card is normal and fresh).
When they tell me to try another card, the account logged out.
Too tired to try and keep waiting they reply.
