You can use Spying Tools like AdPlexity. With some filters you can select the websites that recieved the most traffic or which run the longest.

The price is high, but if you are a serious CPA Marketer then this is a great tool. It shows you the Ads they are running + the LP's they are using.

i already have it's account, but i am more into sweepstake or $1-$2 payout (Single optin) CPA offers...but adplexity doesn't have them.
