I don't see any problem with the pre-loader and I didn't have any problem loading the page either.
Could you please try again using a different network? If the problem persist, send me a PM/add me on skype so we can debug the actual problem. Thank you.

Review:
I had a really simple wordpress site, i needed a re-designing with woocommerce integrated, then i hired Veil.
He did the job really fast and the result is awesome! He also helps really quick if i have a question.
I only need to add some content (because its a german site) and the site will be finished :)
 
Can you create a simple app that i can control remotely?

He's intelligent, organized and passionate about his work. Went above and beyond to help me first code a bot then redesign a website. All in lightning timeframe. I will continue to work with @Veil123 because he is second to no one in his work
 
REVIEW: I needed few changes and additional features for my site. He did it pretty fast and answered all my queries patiently. More importantly, his price is very reasonable. And he is highly responsive as well.

I am going to hire him for my upcoming projects as well.

All in all, 5 star to him.
 
Are you familiar with JAMstack? What would be the cost for a super basic site, no design work required, using GatsbyJS
 
I hired Veil for an Instagram project.

Throughout the project he worked with me to make sure I was happy with the program he was developing for me. I had many changes throughout the project and he was happy to make them. He had good communication and I am happy with the final product. The only negative aspect of the project was that the project went longer than anticipated, as most IT projects do.

I look forward to working with him again on future projects.

I received the site that i ordered, and i am satisfied with it.

Support is great, all features that i requested was implemented, even had a Teamviewer session for setting up the website (cause my dumbass didn't know how SQL works).

Will buy again when i have another idea for a website. :)
