I have used this service for the past month, and it works as advertised. Powerlikes around 800 for the premium service, and these are a mix of niches from modeling, travel, luxury, or reposter accounts. There are active accounts from these powerlikers. I would recommend.

Are all of them big accounts (e.g. 10+ followers)?

I didn't go through every single account from the powerlike service, but I did end up checking out the accounts with active stories (purple circle) around their icon. Most are 50k +. As another data point, I used the 150 Euro service for the past couple of days, (one step below, their best service), and I haven't gotten as much engagement as their top service. For example, a photo that should have easily hit 2200 likes, only received 1737. Before the powerlike service, my usual likes are around 800-1000 for a photo of 6k followers. The average for his (250 Euro) service is around 2200, and for the 150 euro service (its been around 1700). The number of power likes doesn't explain this gap. I kept my hashtags, timing of posts, number of liking other photos, and following the same with both services. Hope this helps.

I posted a viral video on my new Instagram account with 2k followers. Got around 600 likes from OP, checked some profiles and they are indeed HQ and big.

I actually got a lot of real engagement as well; over 1k total views, some comments and 769 total likes.
Now, that kind of engagement wouldn't be possible to get without their powerlikes. If we do the math, I got around 169 real likes, since they provided 600. So that means I reached a lot of my followers that I wouldn't otherwise, since I usually only get around 40 likes on my posts. I also got some followers and impressions from the explore page.

Really recommended!
