If the services do not work, then either shut down your site or post the notification BEFORE people have added funds, not after when they start to ordering a service. Or maybe post a notification to here that the services wont work.

Either fix this bullshit now or the mods should take the notice that the services offered do not work, and the vendor has not notified clients, money locked in already in the second SMM service that is non functioning. @MisterF

which service doesn't work? please specify, we have staff working on a daily basis keeping all services up-to date.
i admit their could be from 5 to 20orders daily, when some service fell down and we not yet managed to close, but such situations are RARE, and we always look forward to discuss and solve issues with our buyers.

The bad side, the orders got my money locked in and if I hit the cancel button, there won’t be a refund.

Hello, what is your username? i will check which orders are stuck?
we have no fails or errors at the moment, the start time could be delayed up to 24 hr from the order submission, but the service should work, or if 3 days passed, the refund should be admitted.

Alright so it has been around 48 hours since I started the test service. Now, here's my honest review.

Cons:
Slow verification process of ordered item. It will take you about 3-6 hours waiting before the item actually gets verified.
A very large amount of drop (Don't get me wrong, I know I chose the item that doesn't have refill so the views will eventually drop, but I was not expecting the drop to be this massive. Around 40-50% drop)

Pros:
Even tho the verification of the item was slow, as soon as the status changed from "Verifying" to "In-Progress" (or something like that), you will receive the item ordered (for example YouTube views) in an instant.
Great pricing. So many items/services to choose from. Has a great number of options depending on your needs.
Very very friendly user-interface.
And the support team (submitting a ticket) doesn't take a lifetime to respond to your concern (around 5-10 minutes).
Also, there's over delivery so that's always a plus!

HELLO DEAR ALL, we are very sorry last 4-5 days were the most hard during the whole time of our panel life.
We were promoting services for free, but one "person" decided to spam us with 250 - 275 k of orders, hosting were down, each order on queue, we were working hard back to back with the admins of the panel script, to sort this issue, to remove only bad orders and to process the real ones, we are very sorry you had to go through this situation.
