Wish I had read these later comments before I spent money
I've purchased event page confirms and have a balance of 20$ - theres nothing happened, I have a dissatisfied client and its effected work. No sign of attendees at all on event page.

Ordered 20k Twitter followers of different quality. Delivered within 3 days in waves. Now, a week thereafter, almost 75% of them dropped again.
Spent $20 bucks on this, cannot recommend.

Extremely pathetic service - The support is also worst. Ordered 30K HQ Instagram followers with 30 days Refill guarantee and within a week, almost all of them dropped. Submitted a ticket with them 3 days back asking them to refill and I got a reply after few hours that it would be done ASAP. After waiting for 3 days, I contacted their live chat and he said he can't do anything as he basically forwards the order and refill request to the supplier. When I reminded him that I placed an order with him, not with his supplier, he had no answer but even then he refused to refill or refund.
When I asked Bobby, the live chat guy, to connect me to his boss, he said he can't come on live chat but I will have to contact him myself via email or Skype, like he is a Prime Minister of some country.
I have opened up a dispute on PayPal with them and escalated it as he is neither refilling nor refunding me.
Stay away from this service guys! SMM-Heaven is a scam and mods here should take strict notice of this service as just now I found out that several people have been having problems with them according to the replies on this thread!

The SELLER has started threatening me of reporting my account to Instagram that I buy fake followers if I don't cancel the PayPal dispute!
'The problem with your order is that the start count is higher than your current followers. You have a too big of a drop - that's why the robot can't read the information properly. We are trying our best to help you but if don't cancel your dispute we will contact Instagram about you ordering fake followers and they will block you.'
Plus, the mods should also take into consideration how the seller has been replying to customers in the previous posts on this thread. Extremely disgusted.

So I have been refunded in full as I escalated the case to PayPal. I strongly advise all those who ordered this service to stop getting bullied by Bobby and his team. If you paid by PayPal, immediately file a dispute or otherwise with your bank. Plus, the moderators must take necessary action against the seller for threatening and misbehaving with customers and not delivering what they promise. We pay to SMM-Heaven for this service so if they have issues with their supplier, it is not the headache for the customers. If they can't deliver, simply refund instead of saying they would report our accounts to Instagram or other networks. Extremely shameful.
Hello sir, bobby is a livechat guy, My name is Alex by the way, and i am the main admin of the panel, this situation passed through me, as i was not in office at the moment, you were chatting, if you have noticed the refund was made fast and without any offensive messages, because i have read the situation, to be honest, this is really one of reliable providers with whom we are working for a long time, was not refilling the order, and that is very bad, to follow our terms of service we cannot cancel submitted order before 72 hr pass ( 5 days to be correct ) , and when any guaranteed ( with refill ) order is being dropped we ask you to allo from 3 to 5 days for the refill process to complete.
About disputing - as i have read your messages, i want to ask you, what you haven't tried to contact me directly via skype , via forum?
or just ask for the main admin to get involved in the situation? before opening a paypal dispute?
I wanna say sorry that i really missed this situation and to say sorry for my staff behaving like this, they will get punished with all severity, i was sure that they are professional, reliable and the ones i can rely.
nobody is going to report to instagram or other social networks, we are aged people and doing a serious business, let us leave this games to someone else.
Hope we can stop the escalation of this situation.
P.S. Just to note, there are many scammers, that are doing such thing - ordering EGGS, or cheap profiles for any social network in huge amounts, right after the delivery completed - they are ordering with your panel also big amount using HQ services, - > previous EGGS orders are being dropped of course, and as a result the system stops providing hq followers to you - > then you raise a ticket, complaint, paypal dispute etc )
this is how they act before you refill them with HQ account, but not even on service provider will restore them because the original server really see that these drops are not from his base. etc.

I already have Shit List thread started against this same useless seller, but another SMM site. Placed an order for some YouTube views a while ago, the seller kept wasting my time and not fulfilling the order. Instead of being the men and refunding the order, he decides to completely ignore the customer. I don't suggest anyone to have a business with this seller (I don't think that you can call him like that, I guess scammer fits there more).
