Do it yourself. On a bigger scale a service like this is very expensive and once its setup it requires little to no maintenance.
If you have a strong budget take a look at the marketplace. I don't have experience with services of that kind.
If you decide to do it yourself, take a look at the subforum of each social media site here, there should be all information you need.
Basically the workflow is like this:
Get a VPS or computer with low Power consumption
Search for a reliable proxy provider (This will be the hardest part right now, don't ask for providers, no one will tell you)
Get a good bot (jarvee, for example, can handle your Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, Google+, Pinterest, Tumblr and LinkedIn automatization. You will need an additional for Soundcloud)
Buy Accounts(aged) for your social networks.
Scrape content and users to follow.
Setup Bot
Start botting and get fame

With Instagram rappers are idiots. Get them on the phone talk them up, and all their money is for the taking. If you sell spotify or other streams you can legitmatlly charge hundreds if not thousands of dollars and get away with it. Streams and followers. Easy money. I'm telling you.
