Could you please hire someone for support, there is nobody there. 30 hours for answer.. no other smm panels have such a terrible time to response, seriously

Again i was scammed by smm-panels , and everyday more people complain about that and ... nothing.
Short story: I contact them via skype , via tickets , i ask about the prices and products ,all good , I pay ( all smm-panels allow you to pay paypal after you send till 200$ or 150$ fnf ) I said ok , i pay for test service 24$ Dollars , I make the orders ... nothing happen.
Pending , Pending , Pending , no answer ... i send ticket no answer... i ask refund no answer , That means, I lost my time and my money on that.
